I work at a movie theatre and I screened this movie on thursday! I was super excited to watch it...I enjoyed it! Some parts that's shown in the trailer doesn't make it to the movie...like the christmas light thing pulling lacey, billy floating above michelle, and the hand coming out of the snow. They don't even show how Crystal Lowe dies! Overall, it's a fun movie...typical horror/slasher film...but I loved it!

Don't let the slick editing of today's music video like productions fool you when it comes to horror flicks; definitely watch the original first if you decide to see this. The remake seems to only have the basic premise of the girls in the house with a killer. The original was more ambiguous to the killer and what happens at the end. Good stuff for its time in 1974.
