Everyone take close notice to the 2010 US Census form. Question #1 is set on the form all by itself. It is totally enclosed by a thin lined black box, the box is totally shaded by a slightly darker blue area except for around the text. This is the ONLY question you have to answer. The US Census Bureau knows law and this is why it is seperated from the rest of the questions! If you answer anything outside this box it's because you choose to. But they aren't telling you that!

The US Census Bureau is encouraging illegal aliens to fill out the form so I think that is just a wee little illegal wouldn't you say folks? Only legal US citizens should be filling out the Census form, but since the US Census Bureau is counting illegal immigrants to our great country I won't be filling my family's census form out. So when they come knocking that's what I'm telling them and then the door closes!!

I appreciate your standing. My point is that Congress as a whole is pretty debased. And the reason that they are is that they continuously flout and ignore their sworn duties. So Bachmann has faults. Who doesn't? I know I certainly do (just ask my wife)! There is one thing that is positive about her over just about everyone else in Congress and that she seems to actually care about the Constitution. To me that carries a lot of weight.

I get that, but I have been addressing HER principles, or lack of them. She would not be questioning the legitimacy if Bush sent out the same forms; she would say they need to be intrusive for national security reasons. And I think most of them are crooks and liars too, but there are some who seem to be genuinely concerned about the direction our country is heading, and until I have reason to disbelieve them, I always give them the benefit of the doubt, but when they do something totally against what they've stood for, I'll be the first to fall out with them. Steve, I have watched Bachmann in action for many months now, & in this case, "the person" is the foundation of the argument. She is a political tool for the ultra right wing doing all she can to smear Obama with scare tactics that are not based in fact, from what I have observed. A census is a count of people in the household, all the rest of what they are demanding folks answer is intrusive and really non of their business, but many people believe they are asking these questions because they have alterior motives and Bachmann appears to validate these feelings by learning from history itself which confirms the same, who can blame the people, and acorn doing this (wow) a trustworthy bunch!

If this "intrusive"census form came out with Bush in office, Bachmann would not criticize it. She would likely say we need this info to protect the country from terrorists. Now, its her mission to get people to think there's an "ulterior motive" under Obamas admin; believe it if you want to. I don't. Bachmann is a mouthpiece for the right wing, that is my "point".
