@tremendousmoss check google for how filipinos do it though. not really keen on how they make, but i am a fan of this. may look disgusting, but it tastes great. the trick is to not think about it. close to eating those bugs or something when you were young. back here we eat june beetles too, but we fry them to make em crisp. can honestly say it tastes like chicken. remember, with that balut thing, break the bottom part and sip the soup first before eating it.
