I clicked the X on the color scenes thing after I installed and started the program, how do I get that back? - I can get the Scenes Property Inspector up, but I can't figure out how to get the other new feature back up... I know it was a stupid thing to do to click the X on it...
Anyone using Final Draft 8, please drop me a line and let me know how you like it, the PROS and CONS. I'm currently using Scriptware... :( but plan on upgrading to FD8.
If you are referring to what we call SCENE HEADINGS, then yes, we allow only the one Scene Heading per scene, with scene being defined by a change in space or time. You can do sub-headings using the SHOTS element, choosing to have a single or double space before each one. But these SHOT elements will not have their own "cards" or cells on the Idnex Card view nor Scene View tools.

Why does final draft treat every slug as a scene? One slug isn't a scebe. A complete scene usually includes multiple slugs.

Can you rearrange scenes in the Scene Navigator by dragging and dropping? Or can you only do that in the Scene View?
akhon 1 year ago
@akhon At this time, you can only drag & drop in Scene View.
Thanks!
