I think we should send every single one back along with their kids. A practicing christian or a member of any other religion is someone who goes to their religious school at least once a week, prays regularly, etc.
A practicing muslim for ex would pray to allah and go to where ever muslims go to. There's also practing jews, budhists, etc.
