Bull fighting is badass. I went to one in Madrid, it was like going back in time and watching a fight in the Colosseum. The bull tasted really good too later that night at the restaurant :)

Mr.Karltonn, i am useful because i work, and support the canadian economy by paying taxes, these bulls can not be killed for meat because they are too old and have too much muscle, but are still eaten after every fight. So now that you know what use i am, i will tell you that i think its ok to kill an animal for sport in this case because it is part of a tradition that dates back to the country's origins, because its a way of celebrating their culture.

Plus its not a fair fight, the bulls horns are shorn down and what people don't know is that bulls use theirs horns to judge distance, depth etc. The horns are shorn down to a new point, so the animal can't judge distance etc as well as it should, this is why matadors can out-maneuver the bull a lot easier than they should be able too.
The BILLIONS of cows killed for McDonald's suffer a far worse less honorable fate. Artificial insemination, faceless robotic killers, cramped conditions. Bullfight bulls live the good life, until fight day when they get about the most respect and honor of any cow you will ever eat. I mean meet. Bullfighting has been in Spain's culture for a long period of time and it is something that i wanted to see on my own. These bulls actually gets very good life compared to the cows that you eat. They graze freely while being fed the best possible food. @nick260682 Man can make a choice to not eat meat. We do not eat mean for survival, but for pleasure. Vegetarians get their pleasures elsewhere. Since vegetarians are healthier, more virile, age slower, recover faster and live longer they have more and more frequent sex than meat eaters.
I read on a veggie site that it's incidental, and that it's generally because of other lifestyle choices that vegetarians are supposedly healtheir. There's no causal link.
Plus I'd rather substitute a few years for a happier life eating nicer food.
Also, if we are evolved to be able to digest meat, then it means we should be eating it. Maybe not to the extent some people do, but still.
Evolution does mean we should have a balanced diet actually, including fruit, veg, meat and fish. So although it's not necessarily proscriptive, it certainly should push us in that direction.
Likewise, there's plenty of things poisinous to us that other animals can eat without problem. This means the way we evolved means we shouldn't eat those things.
So in those terms evolution does mean we should and shouldn't do things.

Plus its not a fair fight, the bulls horns are shorn down and what people don't know is that bulls use theirs horns to judge distance, depth etc. The horns are shorn down to a new point, so the animal can't judge distance etc as well as it should, this is why matadors can out-maneuver the bull a lot easier than they should be able too.

Evolution does mean we should have a balanced diet actually, including fruit, veg, meat and fish. So although it's not necessarily proscriptive, it certainly should push us in that direction.
Likewise, there's plenty of things poisinous to us that other animals can eat without problem. This means the way we evolved means we shouldn't eat those things.
So in those terms evolution does mean we should and shouldn't do things.

The average lifespan of a bull in the US is 18 months. They live on cram-packed megafarms in their own shit, are pumped full of steroids/antibiotics, and are cruelly slaughtered and sent off to make the big mac you just ate. Meanwhile a bull in Spain lives on open range for 5-7 years untreated and untouched by man before the bullfight. It roams free, mates with females, and lives on cloud 9. It fights in a glorious spectacle, dies heroically, is saluted and eaten. Which would you rather be?
