  • It's absolutely ridiculous to tell people (women!!) that using light weights will cause bulky muscles and this eventually makes your skin loose!! what really affects the connective tissue of your body negatively is hard jumping all the time( as shown in mrs andersons cardio workout^^)

  • These dance cardio routines do take some practice and dedication but it really does work. I had my second child 6 months ago and I'm back down to my pre-baby weight! And my butt and theighs are smaller than they've ever been AND my arms have definition that I've never had before!! She's not a fraud, you just need to put the work in if you want to be skinny and fit.

  • This routine does really work. Your heart rate will soar after 1 or 2 reps of these moves. She mightn't be the best instructor but I still appreciate her efforts immensely! Thanks Tracy! Just did this routine in my garden(in 5 inches of snow) Now sitting in my house in a vest, I'm so warm!!!

  • WARNING Don't waste your money - this woman's a fraud in more ways than one. PLEASE do some research on this woman before you buy her DVDs. The amazon.com reviews - particularly the one star reviews are very telling. She gives no instruction whatsover. People can achieve better results with less time (Anderson demands 2 HOURS A DAY) & through other methods. And I just saw a picture of GP in her bikini on huffington post....Gwyneth - you've just been PUNKED by Tracy Anderson.

  • I worked out 20 years ago just like the Tracy Anderson Method and was long and lean. As soon as I started lifting 5 pound weights all the bulk showed up and I was never again really comfortable in my own skin. I'm so excited to get my videos and get back to what makes sense and for me what was so obvious.

  • Tracy's method is amazing, but not for everyone. I am a very small / slim person (I'm a guy) and tried for YEARS to put on muscle mass that my body simply will not support...so I decided to try a new approach and the results I've achieved with Tracy's method have been absolutely amazing.

  • Oh my god. We're told one thing for years, then someone comes along suggests that bulking up causes loose skin and gets slammed. Lift your kids thats fine but not in a repetitive pattern and don't comment if you haven't tried her technique. I have and it's changed my shape remarkably unlike other techniques with heavier weights. So glad I got what I deserved - a pert arse!

  • I agree she is just putting together dance moves and pilates. But you cant bag someone for helping others to get motivated. shes lucky she has so many people listening to her. She doesn't explain herself very clearly or i dont really think she understands whats shes doing..Shes just having fun..making up different routines that use different muscles of the body. Having the looks helps too...

  • . Everyone has a gimmick to make millions off of the ignorant public. One of the biggest fears to make money from women is the bulking up myth. If lifting more than three pounds will bulk you up, then no lifting your kids, groceries, moving furniture, and thousands of other things in your everyday life. Any woman listening to the advice of this joke of a fitness guru, deserves what they get. There are many great trainers, male and female, and this is NOT one of them.

  • She says you should do dance (cardio) for 1hr a day and then toning for 1hr a day.
