Pressure treated joist and subfloor. Walls are doug fir with exterior grade sheathing used for sheds.

Not a bad idea. But what happens when the wind blows are the trees crush the frame between them. In essence thats why its better to use one tree. B/c the whole structure will then move with just that tree and not at the mercy of 2 or more trees.
