Which, in the end before he woke, he himself was the one to kill himself. It's a metaphor for being on drugs and fighting your own demons, knowing that you have to stop yourself, but it's a battle. You have to kill off the parts of you that are keeping you down. Mr. Rager is who he was becoming on drugs.
