  • im not sure this problem looks any better solved

  • i wanna make love in this club

  • .........What the fuck?

  • You solved that math equation like a boss

  • Calling all the math nerds to help me

  • what is foil?

  • @cart27553 how were you even accepted into the grade in which you are in which teaches this math if you dont know what foil is?

  • @cart27553 F.O.I.L. stands for First Outer Inner and Last used in multiplying a set of brackets with another set of brackets.

  • Make babies so my kids can learnz teh mathz

  • How come my teacher doesn't teach like this. -________-"

  • Omg! That was magical!

  • I wonder if this dude wears skinny jeans bahahha

  • His voice reminds me of Dr.Evil from Austin Powers. X3 But seriously, thank GOD for YouTube! I might actually score more than a 65 on my next quiz! :D

  • @thescoopforspoons Same here. I had a Midterm, and I knew everything except the chapter on rational expressions, and what do you know, most of the test was that. Now I got a retest, so this should help me out.

  • Gosh finally I understand it.

  • be very careful when you foil!

  • (r+s/9r^2+8rs-s^2)-(s-r/90r^2-19rs+s^2)

your method doesn't work for my problem, you have to factor or combine denominator differently.

Someone help me! I'm in hell!

  • wait why did he change the negative to a plus? I wish I found these videos before today I had to miss a big test today lol oh well atleast now I finally know how to do it!!

  • dude you forgot to do 5x-2x in your final answer.... lol middle school mistake....

  • @realnoobsonly umm.... 5x-2x is 3x, smart guy. he put down 3x+10.

  • I don't get where he pulled the numbers out his butt from, and droped the other numbers in to no where

  • @LetsACTout When he gets 3x+10 over x(x-8)(x-5), shouldnt it be 13 over (x-8)(x-5) since the x's cancel?

  • @CDABXXX We shouldn't cancel 3x+10 and x(x-8)(x-5) because the operation in the numerator is addition. We can only do cancellation when the operation is multiplication. :)

  • WHAT KIND OF BLACK MAGIC IS THIS?!?! :0

  • I don't think hes wearing any pants...

  • Shouldn't it be -(3x+10)/x(x+8)(x+5)? And not 3x+10/x(x+8)(x+5)? Because when you cancelled out the x^2 on both sides you didn't carry the subtraction to the second numerator.

  • that was pretty good :)

  • Thank you SO much, and I like that you can do stuff in your head instead of making me sit through five extra minutes of writing out obvious steps. This helped me a lottttttt.

  • Thank you so much.

  • what the fuck is he talking about?! i'm so fucked for this quiz tomorrow.

  • @singingstar56 Tell me about it...I'm in the same situation.

  • but our teacher told us that your going to chage it into addition then reciprocal the 2nd that is being subtract....just sharing what i learned well thats what my teacher opinion!

  • not a good example. should start with one that has less numbers and variables

  • I'm confused!!!

  • why do you have to change the negative sign to positive sign?

  • and how if they dont share a factor?:(

  • wait ur x2 cancels out -x2? but its negative why is it tht u can?

  • @GundamWing205 it was cancelled because the process was addition. Adding x^2 and -x^2 results to zero.

  • @GundamWing205 It was cancelled because the process was addition. Adding x^2 and -x^2 results to zero.

  • yah...nice one..

  • I love the way he talks. It makes me laugh sometimes. but that's not why I commented....what is our teachers name? He just jumps right into the problem. There's no "Hello I'm Mr.[insert name here]."?i!i!i!i!i!i!i!i!

  • shouldnt it be -x^2 - 7x + 10 because -2+-5=-7? so -7x+10?? im confsued maybe im wrong..?

  • Its so easy to mess these problems up!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Thanks but this shit is still hard

  • Thanks for posting Buddy

  • im the idiot in todays society, thats why im watching this, cuz i dont pay attention in class

  • cant' understand anything about math :( i try but can't

  • thanks!!! this help me a lot!

  • Better off a nerd in today's society than anything else. They're the ones with a future of possible employment.

  • @Doriguin sorry, but you'd be surprised when you see where nerds who were expected to be successful after high school end up. no joke :\

  • @KennKennith you got a point there because people doesn't need to have a high IQ to survive the real world... average people are more expected to be successful because they are innovative and open to new ideas unlike book smarts...don't be angry with me but it really happens.. successful people are usually the ones with balanced IQ and EQ....

  • @AyahmeChuki05 i know, im just sayin that there are those loony meat calculators that end up doing some perverse things out there.

  • better than a dumbass

  • i bet you are an idiot today.

  • being a nerd is better than a nobody --which is probably u since you think being a nerd is horrible

  • I bet you didn't graduate from high school. Faggot.

  • Why -x-2? Isn't it adding?

  • i totally agree

    i hate staying after school

plus the teacher is too busy to make sure you understand everything. they have other student to tend to.

  • good i almost understand because I be struggling in school

  • you must have a problem with english as well

  • I know you won't referring to me in this comment because if you were ????/cerebrox2000

  • If I were referencing you then what? I was stating the obvious. Is there som sort of a problem?

  • Comment removed

  • yeah true some teachers at school cant explain well.

  • its so much easier to learn our lessons in the internet...because you can repeat them over and over again and they explain the procedure very well. thank god the INTERNET!!

  • now you know why I prefer online courses than taking them in class face-to-face. :)

  • also relieves tension because when i get tutored in school,

i sometimes get nervous of not knowing what my teacher is saying (resulting in my teacher getting frustrated) when i answer xD

  • Absolutely agree!

  • omg ! the same here !!!

  • me toooo......

  • @L337Code what if the internet breaks?...

  • why is it so hard whe my teacher does it?

  • Probably because you aren't paying attention in class.

See, you're watching this video probably because you have an important test or exam tommorow, so you really WANT to learn, so you do.

  • well either he wasn't paying attention or because many teachers have different ways of teaching something like this. Everyone's different. I take algebra online so I watch the lessons on video also and still couldn't understand it. So I came here to see what I can find and alot of videos here I find on youtube are much easier to understand than what the people on the videos I watch from my class are teaching. Everyone has different ways of doing the problems.

  • by the way, my test isn't due for another week so I don't come here because I'm in a hurry to find out how to do the problems. I came because I've seen his videos and he is an excellent teacher and has better ways of teaching algebra than my teacher does.

  • jajajajajajajajajajaaja this is easy if you see it this way (and not my actual teacher way)

  • awesome

  • arigatou!
