America needs to invest in developing giant automated solar PV factories. Dirt cheap panels made by robotic arms = MORE INSTALL JOBS and solar exponentiation!
A 35% solar PV growth rate would be the #1 source of power in about 30 years (including extra 4X needed for storage) ! ! !
