Higher density creates other problems like noise, concentrated garbage and disease. Yes it is higher density they are living closer together.
Not making an attack here, but this is much like what they want to implement thru agenda 21. On the surface it looks ok, but when you put it in the hands of the corrupt government and banksters you end up with a land grab.

The corporate government lied - there's no energy crisis.
There's no such thing as 'fossil fuel'. Oil is abiotic.
Even that aside, a perfect world run by a criminal (color of) government would still against ones will (slavery).
