theres 3 levels and about 3 to 4 stages in each leavel. there is only one charecter you can play with. There is multiplayer and its really fun its almost like call of duty except its not XD

I don't really care about the blood. I like the gameplay though, and the good news is most of your weapons have unlimited ammo except for missile launching weapons.

The game is pretty much straightforward, run, take cover, shoot and pwn. Most of your team mates are smart enough to follow you or lead you. Some just run straight into gunfire but mostly its part of a scene so its not your fault if the are hit. No you don't command them, but to be honest, your team can pretty much take care of themselves at most times.
