Infelizmente em campeonatos de Kunf Fu, na parte de combate, é necessário usar luvas. Isso torna todos os estilos iguais pois a grande diferença entre eles está no estilo de punho. Para avaliar estilos diferentes ou compará-los é necessário lutar sem proteções e ter um nível de treinamento avançado. Do contrário são apenas duas crianças trocando socos sem sentido. Kunf fu é kung fu e full contact é full contact. Mas desta forma os dois são a mesma coisa.

That depends, a shaolin monk would of course beat a general fighter because of the fact that they train 10 hrs a day. For example Shi Yan Xiu (a shaolin monk) was against a karate master in the area. Shi yan xiu won easily, purely because he has done more training. Also Shi Yan Xiu is part of the shaolin temple under Shi Yong Xin. If u dont believe me look up :

Actually the "history" of wing chun is that it was made to help Yan Yong Chun (Yim Wing Chun in Cantonese) to defend herself aainst the local warlord who decided she was worth a bit of a poke. He agreed to give her one year to train and if she could defeat him he'd leave her alone.

The Abbess Wu Mu (Ng Mui) taught Yong Chun the White Crane and Snake styles of Shaolin but Yong Chun felt it was all too much to learn in one year so she cut out what she thought wasn't useful.

Either way, whatever style the warlord had fought in is never made clear or documented in any of the "histories".

In reality, though widely accepted, this story is in itself potentially just that, as it has long been a common habit of martial artists here to link there style to somewhere or someone famous. More often then not, to the spiritual "home" of kung fu, Shaolin. (Hence Wu Mu the Abbess). And just to be clear on this one, Wu Mu did NOT create WC, it was derived from what she taught her.

I have witnessed a lot of equally matched martial arts fight where Chinese are up against Japanese. The Chinese usually win. So what could be the obvious reason? It's their fighting method. And no offense to the Japanese people too but I base my conclusion on my observation.
