  • amazing, now i can actually throw strikes when i want to for now on

  • absolutely outstanding.... this guy truly knows what he's saying. I have had some coaches for my pitching and this guy s the most clear and easy to understand. He is very profesional and very good.

  • kids glove looks like a dead fish..dont hang your wirst like a woman

  • there are alot of different opinions on pitching, and i have never been taught to tilt my shoulders. I have always been told to try to keep the shoulders level during a pitch. I have played for almost 20 years and never heard of this. its interesting to look at different theories.

  • Thank you. You will always find many different opinions and all we are trying to do is make some options available from a very well respected and successful trainer.

  • Just to keep it positive...this is a great learning video. Thank you for posting it.

  • btw. thank you for your comments guys. I am encourage that you would take the time to comment and watch the entire video. as I am sure you know, there are probably as many theories as there are coaches and instructors.

  • I am not the instructor and it doesnt matter what I think. It is what the Instructor thinks. he puts his name and company name behind himself. I see you offer no credintials or anything beyond your first name so why in the world would I or anyone listen to you. no videos, no last name, no credentials.

he also has this student throwing much better and improving each week. I will take that any day over someone that comments with nothing to back it up.

  • Hello CM. I am not sure what your final sentence means.

I see you are the 2nd to comment with no credentials on your channel. no vidoes and no inofrmation about yourself. at least this instructor is willing to put his name behind what he teaches. since he has helped this student tremendously I think I will stick with the guy that puts his reputation on the line and is emplyoed by a current Major League coach that puts his name behind his facility.

  • Listen to the video one more time. The instructor tells the student to keep shoulders level as they go through their glove pull. He also demonstrates with the student to keep the front shoulder closed as he pulls. Thanks, hope you don't have lessons today!

  • Thank you for your comments. We appreciate all comments and opinions. There are many different philosophies and we invite your input.

  • had proper mechanics you would be able to throw the ball downhill anyway. Tipping back and forth will make it very difficult to reach opposite and equal with your glove hand and throwing arm as you reach footstrike. 3. Your back needs to be arched as you are past footstrike position and are coming close to releasing the ball. 80% of a pitchers velocity comes from the rotations and late torque of your hips and shoulders, 20% comes from and arched back.

  • Get away from this guy. Teaching you to raise your glove hand so high and to over rotate so that your glove finishes behind you is wrong. It will only cause you to 1. Cause your arm to be late and drop and drag due to the fact that your front side and glove hand are over rotating 2. Cause you to dip your back shoulder to much so that you have no choice but to tip back down to throw the ball downhill. He stated in the video that it will help you throw down hill which may help but if you...

  • zsdial, you must not have ever played the game of baseball before. Before you write anything else, sit down and watch a major league game. Every big leaguer uses this technique!! Stay away from zsdial 2
