I love the book, the movie, and the series. I never thought that a junior congressman could rise to power so fast. The series tried to portray this type of rise to power by showing some really crazy people controlling Stillson. So, I was amazed by our own election of Obama to show how a junior statesman can become President. Not that I think Obama is anything like crazy Greg Stillson!! :)

Great clip, great movie. Puts the TV series to shame.

Any scene that ends with Martin Sheen decorating the ceiling with his brains ... well, that just HAS to warm your heart.

I always thought that the name "Stillson" was well-chosen (Stillson being a brand & type of wrench, now forgotten).

Sheen always has been a first-class TOOL.
