He was REALLY worked up on the rights issue, but to summarize his view: Libertarians do not place people into groups because they treat everyone as an individual. And ALL individuals are supposed to be granted the same rights under the constitution. So arguing about which "group" should get which "right" is completely contrary to the principles of the constitution. I missed most of this debate, as i slept in late, but if this is anything like yesterday's travesty...We'd better be prepared to do something as americans, if they give the nomination to Romney. There's talk of a nationwide protest against the NDAA on February 3, and i hope that we'd do the same for Ron Paul! Should be obvious that the only choice now is Ron Paul vs. big, wasteful, intrusive government. I think this is probably the last election that could be meaningful only because Dr. Paul is up there. A vote for Romney is the same as a vote for Obama, who was the same as Bush, and so on. There is one party now, it's the government party. Through creating fear for our security and dependence on government entitlement programs, the majority of people have come to vote against their liberty.
