@verbaltag that all depends on if you consider rapping singing or rapping something separate. anyone can sing just as anyone can rap it depends on what and how you sing that determines the genre. overall rap is very similar and has prerequisites (ie rhyming beats etc) and has more in common with a genre of music then a whole different variation one could eaisly call rapping it's own thing and group it into various categories i however think it lacks variety compared to singing.

Hip-Hop started off by people rapping about their skill and money they got, thats what Biggie rapped about. He also was the more talented rapper than Pac.
