it could juts be the effects (actually I'm pretty sure it is) but the reverb makes your voice sound flat. Also try and hold the notes longer and slower. Other than that I think you sound lovely :]

I like the fact that she's original. she's strumming with her hands, using different notes to sing it and using a mic, but she has to be careful because some of her notes are off, even if she was singing in a different tone. That and listening to the song a couple of times so she gets the run-time of the sing. The mic is creative along with her voice, but she needs to stick with the run-time of the song! Other than that, she gave me goosbumps!

Mostly agree. But Cohen has a unique voice. Not a terrible one. His version is brilliant in it's own right. And no, Wainwright did the cover on the Shrek soundtrack. It's John Cale's version that is in the movie. Maybe you should have your facts before you go off so senselessly on others.
