That's not correct right there. Bulimia is technically just the fact that you stuff everything in your face there is for a short time, therefore she describes the symptoms quite adequately.

But normally people do counter the fact that they stuff everything in their face with actions like vomiting or way to much sport or diets. Therefore, vomiting isn't necessarily part of bulimia, but often.
