@World1War because MW3 is totally different. it uses the MW2 engine, and guns with slight tweaks.... he has allready mastered MW2 so why do it all over again? he has gotten the custom classes BECAUSE he mastered the previous games..... thus he doesn't need to prestige.

@magnegrobiz regenerates like it normally does, i suppose, or could find health packs on walls to heal with, but then it just stops being a CoD game altogether that way lol but this is just an idea for a game mode for the legit players and not have any campy boosters ruining the game for ppl, but hey, maybe Treyarc will implement it in their next game, or Inf Ward will do it like they did for Drop Zone game type
