  • BEAST wait you are gonna snap your shit up props on the lift nonetheless home girl

  • say good bye to your fucking spine

    >cross fit

    >not even once

    >double underhand

    >enjoy dat torn bicep

Seriously are you a fucking moron

  • @utukk You're right in that I've never seen an under hand hook grip, but what the hell are you talking about her spine? Her back was set perfectly, and she has a solid core, and she never engaged her biceps! Her grip may be a bit unconventional, but if it works for her it works. Go learn something before you speak! Great lift. Good job!!

  • I can lift more but twice my bodyweight I can't. uh

  • All I can say is keep your head down. Otherwise perfect.

  • It seems to be a crossfit thing to just drop the weight after a deadlift. Lower the damn bar >.>.

  • @Animexduo

My thoughts exactly. It is easy for that shit to hit your kneecaps if you are not careful or your shin for that matter

  • yeah duble underhand i wanna see some curls little lady!

  • You are lifting with your lower back, not your legs! You will hurt your self!

  • is she using a double underhand grip? wow

  • Awesome work!! Keep it up!!

  • Reverse grip with 235? i'm definitely calling bullshit on this.

  • nice job, I'll probably send this vid to my mom because she is fat as fatass.

  • I've never seen anyone use a double underhand grip before. Strong nevertheless.

  • double underhand- never seen that before

  • @secretariatslew

Not something you see much. Causes LOTS of stress on the biceps tendon and can lead to injury. An impressive lift none the less.

  • it's not a deadlift if you drop the weight

  • @sebaswildboy Take your nonsense somewhere else.

  • @0Griever but it's the truth

  • @sebaswildboy Man your just picking it up off the ground, a deadlift is a deadlift.

, no need to get really technical. Besides the descent is hardest on your body and causes the most muscle soreness. Doesn't seem to make sense to cause more soreness than necessary if your goal is to simply pick it up.

  • just watched this to get pumped for saturday deadlift day

  • right fenixfo3 and also no its like nobody know you have to set the weights down not drop them

  • Hot as hell and great performance.

GRIP: One Pronate/Supine gives gives the best leverage to lift, double over/under count although more can be lifted with over/under.

  • ROFL!! weird ass grip

  • Double underhand what the hell?

  • sexy

  • FROM WHAT I CAN SEE, IS THAT YOU SHOULD REVERSE YOU RIGHT HAND PALM UP IF YOU NARE RIGHT HANDED, THE OPPOSITE IF U R LEFT HANDED. HAVING BOTH PALME UP ID A HUGE DISADVANTAGE!!

  • mix the grip, you should be able to deadlift more!!

  • @mbgm8md3 Mixed grip only increases the max if you're having trouble with grip, that didn't seem like an issue here

  • didn't seem like an issue? no one noteworthy lifter or trainer on earth max deadlifts with a double reverse grip, haven't you noticed? in fact they don't deadlift like that period, for any reason, they are not even sure that a real deadlift it makes... but yeah it seems this girl has some biomechanical issues so fair game i'm sure shes tried other grips unless she trains under a rock.

  • @mbgm8md3 When you're getting to the level she is at mechanics tend to be a matter of preference - her hands remain completely firm throughout here, I don't see how a more stable grip could offer much improvement. Like you say though, I'm sure she's tried it out, this is all speculation really.

  • will you marry me? :)

  • I know form varies from individual to individual....but looks like you have a very well developed lower back which can handle all that load give the angle between your hips and your back...thats b/c your wrist is not inline with your scapula from a vertical point f you...but nevertheless congrats on your goal.

  • Bitch stronger than me!

  • am i the only person to think how insanely stupid it is for someone to lift twice their body weight without a belt???

  • @jeremymr06 yep

  • @jeremymr06 Nope people are stupid, yet I laugh when they fuck their back!

  • @jeremymr06 yep

  • @jeremymr06 Yes.....you're the only one. Her back and core were nice and solid, and remained so through the entire lift, so it's obvious that she doesn't need a belt. Far too many "gym gods" use a belt as a crutch.

  • @bluethunder90 belts aren't a crutch. they are protection for your back. #smh

  • I want to marry her!

  • Dropping the weight is the safest thing to do when performing maximal/sub maximal lifts its not gym 'douchery' its common sense. Lowering the weight in dead lift at weights like that (in comparison to body weight) it creates massive unnecessary strain so dropping it is safer.

  • If you can't set the weight down properly, stay in the kitchen!

  • Do want.

  • I hate idiots that just drop the weight...unless you're a World Class StrongMAN, dropping the weight is the ultimate is typical gym douche, look at me behavior.

  • @10474pred Not always..

  • >double underhand grip

  • Only in crossfit do they make 10 lb plates look like 45s. Nice job chica!

  • @ancientswordfighters Yeah I was thinking that... still, impressive lift though.

  • @ancientswordfighters saw one video with like 11 10lb plates, and I was like WTF!

  • @BeepimajeepBeep lol yep thats what im saying,,, gives the illusion you can lift more,,, maybe its suppossed to trick you psychologically into thinking you can lift more? lol

  • @ancientswordfighters CrossFit uses bumper plates, which are necessary when training the Olympic lifts.

  • @ancientswordfighters those are called bumper plates.... used in oly lifting.

  • Very sexy. Why the double supinated grip? May be dangerous and only makes things harder. I know I couldn't do that without activating my biceps (dangerous with that kind of weight). Torn biceps are a relatively common occurrence among movers, due to the double supinated grip.

  • awesome strength!

  • Her weird back/hip arch/position is due to a terrible case of scoliosis as a child. She spent a few years in a back brace as a child/teenager and years after that using exercise to correct the curve. The fact that she can deadlift at all is a testament to her drive and will.

  • Her biceps are going to get torn in half

  • Hey there, great form! I like how you arch your back. If you really want to lift more you should arch that back even more! ...traction style.....

  • if she put her hand in a right hook position, wich is the other side- pronation not supination.. she probably can do 300 lbs :)

  • Why does she have a double underhand grip?!?!??!

  • nice but that double underhand grip has got to go!

  • I didn't se one single deadlift! those are no full rep...

  • @Ramth18 . She was maxing out not doing reps you idiot and common sence would tell you from watching the video that she is maxing out!

  • @MrDozier95 Well common sence tells me that a one rep max is a rep indeed. So a rep is when you finish in the STARTING position. Have a nice day!

  • @Ramth18 A deadlift is effective only from the starting position to the fully extended position(standing all the way up). The down phase does not serve a purpose in the deadlift. Basically starting from the ground and up is one rep for a deadlift you dumbass. Have a fantastic day your honor!

  • @MrDozier95 Maybe you're right, but man! Don't get that angry lol, is not like I steal your girlfriend... peace!

  • @Ramth18 Lol sorry dude my bad. I'm just one of those people that get ticked off at somebody that makes little mistakes in things. Sorry about all the name calling, that was very immature and ignorant.

  • @MrDozier95 Right... So when you bench, You unrack the bar from a rested position on your chest, Press it up, then drop it back on your chest right? By your definition of a 1 rep max that's what you would do.

  • @Ramth18 lifting some deadlift dont mean HOLDING- LIFTING the bar. That's a deadlift.

  • Impressive! keep up the hard work.

  • Is she like, 3 feet tall? Because that's a whole lot of muscle to only be "115lbs"....

  • That is one girl I would not want to piss off, very beautiful back form even I round a tad bit at this weight. Never maxed out though, which makes this even more beautiful great job.

  • yah..... double reverse grip. no

  • that is one very strong transexual

  • The kitchen lighting is wrong that may be the problem...need to fix that

  • a girl with more testosteron then a late puberty man

  • I'm would be afraid of her handy's

  • I would have to lift 644 very high to do a double body lift

  • @teakey I encourage you. I hope you exercise!!!

  • she would be perfect for a picnic just have her carry the samwich coolers :))

  • @sitondeeznutz

samwich? is that like a sandwich - but for gay people?

  • 235lbs and four to five plates stacked?? Something is not right here. 225lbs is two 45lb plates stacked. Either they typed the wrong poundage in the vid or those are plastic weights. In any case, She is HOTTT!! ;P

  • @buggybear77 Ya your correct on the count if they where the steel plates, these are bumper weights made to be dropped unlike the steel plates. The bumper plates are made from rubber so it requires more plates to add up to that amount.

  • @buggybear77 Some of the weird olympic plates are all 45# sized, no matter what the weight is.

  • I don't want to sound like an internet douche, but isn't putting it back down as important as lifting it?

  • @CrackedButter for pretty much ever other exercise it is, but the whole point of the deadlift is to see how much you can pick up, not put down. putting it down slowly or dropping it doesn't change much except for maybe some longer tension in your forearms.

  • @CrackedButter LOL no because a deadlift works on explosiveness. So when you are bringing the bar up you want to get it up as fast as you can while using the correct technique. The down phase really has no purpose, therefore when you bring the bar up you can just drop it. Thats why its called a deadLIFT. Lift is all you are focused on dude. In squats you must use the down and up phase.

  • "what a weird kitchen" has been commented on almost every female lifting video. new joke please.

  • I know I'm in love with her a little bit. Does that count?

  • Her right toenail is sticking out half a millimetre beyond her left toenail. The world will implode if she doesn't correct that imbalance. Her hips are too low, her butt is too high, her shoulders need to be behind her ankles and her vagina needs to be in front of her knees. I pray that she destroys her back and makes a video of it so that I can liven up my sad life by whacking off to it. But at least the double underhand grip will train the motor skills necessary to carry a plate of sandwiches.

  • feet too close to each other and she's going to ruin her back

  • fuarkkkkkkkkkkkkk

  • she needs to bring her butt lower in the start

  • If she used an alternating grip she could set the bar down onstead of dropping it. She's using almost all back too. That's going to kill her back in the long run.

  • Nice! She used such good form with all that weight. Impressive.

  • madness grip

  • underhand grip?

  • what song is this?

  • She is showing clear signs on L.back pain.

she needs to thrust her hips forward when the bar is knee high it will use all the gluts and hamstring taking the load of the lower back and make the lift much easier. And thrust forward aggressively. All the big super lifters use this important technique.

Also she is looking forward. she should be looking roughly 6feet in front at the floor to keep her neck/head straight. because looking forward with your neck up is same as curving your back.

  • Awesome to see a woman pulling these kinds of poundages. Too many women are content to put maybe 50 on a selectorized "butt blaster" or a pair of dimes on the legs press and then wonder why they don't get any results. I have to chime in that a over-under grip would be safer as the underhook grip puts a lot of stress on the bicep tendons.

  • I'd like ti know how many of you powerlifting experts deadlift twice your weight. Good lift

  • half the deadlift is bring the weight back down in a controlled manner.. fuckin douche dropping weights

  • @BleedingOath -Bringing it down in a controlled manner is necessary for competitive deadlifting. Barry Ross has been training girls for years to make them stronger and faster in running sports, and he uses almost the same deadlift style, except he has the girls drop the weight once around the knees. Do a google search on him, and learn something new. Open your mind to the idea that there are different ways to work out.

  • That was awesome!

  • Underhand grip places the biceps into a vulnerable position for a tear, nice lifting tho.

  • if she used a one over one under hand grip she could pull more straight up and down. less total back more legs - higher poundage. Its really cool to see a woman pull singles for the deadlift. she has a good mentality. that keeps your metabolic rate high, the longer she does that the leaner she will stay

  • champions deadlifters: 1 inverted grip... and some cases it's not neccesary

losers weak deadlifters: 2 inverted grip...

  • She has a weird grip... But really strong!

  • wow very nice!!! wish i could do that!!

  • is it just me or does it look like its more than 235, those plates?

  • Comment removed

  • lol looks like a crazy lot of weight buts it's not at all.

  • @hardestr, i have seen a # of ELITE deadlifters in competition who do not arch the lower back, especially on near max and max lifts. for safety's sake, the CW is arch is best (see: shear force). however, many elite lifters use a flat or even slightly rounded form. it's something you have to train for , and imo unless you are elite, it is probably not worth it for most people

  • double underhand grip for deadlift. don't think i've ever seen that before. interesting

  • what a weird kitchen...

  • @slimbw93 Normally I think women and kitchen jokes are lame. But I burst out laughing at this. Awesome hahahaha.

  • 100% natural, no steroids...

  • Perfect form body and movement :P

  • I used to do 235 dead lifts but then i took an arrow to the knee.

  • snap city

  • Nice lift! But why no overhand lift? Always heard it was more safe from some experienced powerlifter i once talked to..

  • Is 2x bodyweight considered really impressive for women?

  • Double underhandgrip is the most difficult way, at least for me it is. One underhand and one regular is the best way for me.

Very impressive. But why drop it on the floor every time. I would imagine that would snap your back up =S

  • @SicSeb Ow, and before I forget. A tip for the ladies.

To get an incredibly sexy ass like this girl or Sara Alemanno. Do deadlifts ^^

  • @SicSeb Nope, its actually the safest way to put the weight back down. Most injuries occur on the way down. Most gyms dont like it tho.

  • @keironewoodgate Tell me about it. Going down, hitting it on the floor and going for another rep makes people at my gym annoyed as hell already =P

  • @SicSeb lol. I put those foam mats underneath either end :-)

  • Good lifts ! On another note... most gym rats can easy lift twice their body weight. I weight 184 and can pull up 400lbs. I must say though.. being a female...with that sexy body... and lifting that weight is something to truly praise though! :D

  • PERFECT FORM!! I love that in a woman!!!

  • hototototototot

  • Double underhand is a good way to rip a bicep or even tear it completely off, I guess at ~100 odd kilos it isn't very probable but she should be careful. Ignoring that the rest of her form is amazing, her back arch especially, most people round their shoulders when go for max effort.

  • @roflex2 rounding the upper back/shoulders is a very common technique used by many powerlifters. Dave Tate talked about this many times. there is a difference between bad technique and rounding the upper back. saying that her form is solid, but far from perfect. shoulders in front of the bar = hips too low. hips too low = squatting the way up. use your hams. I agree with what you said about the double underhand. performing a deadlift with that grip is just insanity.

  • @IllegitimateDevil squatting the WEIGHT up - of course, lol

  • dat ass

  • Terrible music is terrible.

  • Wow look at those ABS

  • really good technique as it goes...not that thats why im here...

  • impressed with the underhand grip at this weight for you. Will have to try it next time I deadlift. Love variations. Would love to see her doing some rack pulls with serious weight! Would be awesome!

  • At my gym all women stay in the cardio area...this is the first time I've seen a girl doing deadlifts, and I must say it is the sexiest thing I have ever seen. Boner achieved.

  • Best form I've ever seen.

  • impressive

  • she's gonna snap some shit up

  • This is just the powerlifter in me. But.... No Lift she dropped the bar lol

  • Shes gonna tear a bicep sooner or later with that grip otherwise siiick lifting

  • The riff was stolen from the Smashing Pumpkins' Jellybelly. Thumbs down for the blatant ripoff and horrible voice!

  • Not only is she strong, but she's very good looking.

  • switch grip, & pull more, you tottally can

  • raw power

  • KEEP it Moving

  • Form is good except the double underhand grip and dropping it. She needs a new trainer.

  • Perfect form. Couldn't fault you.

  • Impressive!

  • strong lift :)

but change your grip dp double over hand not under hand

  • good lifts, looking at her body she looks like she'd benefit more using a sumo stance

  • Never, ever, ever, ever, ever use a double underhand grip. You will tear a bicep.

  • She only did half the exercise. Set it down under control, don't drop it.

  • @ddt0889 drop it. dont set it down under control

  • @ddt0889 Lifting it is definitely more than half the exercise. Must easier on the way down than on the way up.

  • @ddt0889 deadlift is a one way lift u dickhead, she is going for strength not bodybuilding

  • I found this pretty easy to masturbate too.

  • @W6COllirac ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha

  • @W6COllirac your a faggot

  • @john7990 Trolololololol gettalife.

  • pretty sexy video.

  • @ramgar21 Tell that to a guy who deadlifts over 500lbs with the same grip...

  • I weigh 150 and do 300,2x my body weight

  • She has a bad body composition for deadlifting, you can see she has to bent over way more than the average person.

  • nice effort and good form . whats the rationale behind the double underhand grip?
