  • Ok guys really this guy is awsome i would love to see any of you guys go out and do that it is hard believe me i know

  • @hannahbanana403 i can double that distance...with a softball

  • @TheHeartbreakKid11 ok first the softball is only 6.8oz. whiloe he is throwing a 12lb shot put so yea hopefully you could throw a softball twice as much.

  • @hannahbanana403 i know. i was making a joke.

  • guys, look at the size of the fat guy in the white shirt in the background and compare it to the thrower. Also, look how blurry he is compared to the thrower. OBVIOUSLY that has to be really far away...so @joshdanegrant and @bahrkie stfu you have no Idea wtf you guys are talking about... Ik I'm two years late but wutever

  • i call bull

  • hold down 7

  • ha this guy would throw 35- 45 standing maybe. That was all of 65. That was a tight clean spin

  • Comment removed

  • thats clearly 65 feet. you guys dont know technique no one with a spin like that will ever throw 45 lol

  • BALLLLLLLSS! i scream that after i throw haha

  • WTf is PA pacific arkensaw ???

  • Ignorance sucks. I commented that the 65 is not legit or sumthing to that effect at the time I was around 37-40. Now I'm at 61'3 and can say that now that I know and have seen more, I take that back. Not that it's worth anything, just saying,

  • instead of yelling YA!! he should yelled GET AT ME!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Nice scream and form bro

  • EVERYBODY i go to that school Annville-Cleona, his picture is on our wall of fame and great atheletes, his is in our school records and it is 65 feet.

    Go Anville-Cleona!!!!!!!!!

  • Each line represents 10 ft.... If you look where the line judge is standing hes about 7 lines out. I do track and my friends are throwers and the best we have throws a 51 and hes makes the 51 look like shit lol

  • Anyone who doesn't think that looks like a 65' throw doesn't know thowing. Really good rotational technique.

  • you people are dumbasses.. you can see the lines painted on the ground and where the shot lands... its 65

  • The record before Ryan Whitings 70 foot throw was held by Ron Semkiw. He threw 65 or 66 at the state meet in the early 70's. He has the real record that he threw at the district championship in the same year.

  • ok everyone who doesnt think its 65, it because its from the back, if it was from the side it would look like it

  • I CAN DO THAT TOO... with a discus... =[

  • not 65

  • @Jman6279 , lol very much so 65...if you dont believe it look it up...

  • when i stand in the circle it doesnt look far from the 40 ft line, but when i see my friends hit it from the side it looks faaar o__O

  • this is not 65 feet i will tell you that right now. not close

  • Kid is a beast.

  • wats 65ft in meters? isnt it like 21m? cs thats not 21m

  • @Hazzalinkinpark : 65 ft is roughly 19 meters. 21 meters is around 72 ft.

  • ok thats definitely 65, it may not look like it from our vantage point but it is, look at the extension on that throw, it is powerful and without a doubt 65 ft.

  • @Zyanerak ur a homo

  • look at the lines lol..he made it like a 40 throw. first line 20 second 25 third 30 fourth 35 and then he made at fifth. 40

  • Comment removed

  • that's definitely 65 feet they're not lieing it's hard to judge the distance when the ground looks like it's 6 feet to the horizon because the camera angle

  • whats 65 feet in normal measurements?

  • @Th3ch0s3n0n3s : If normal measurements is meters, then around 19 meters.

  • @ThRetSiGnL yes, thats what i meant by normal measurements. thanks.

  • @Th3ch0s3n0n3s 19.81 to be exact on 65 feet even.

  • kid who i went against at a meet threw 78 ft on his second throw

  • @BCRichBich2000 why the hell would you lie about something like this?

  • @rmfyaya look up nick vina on google if u dont believe me

  • is he in college yet?!?!?!?!?!

He can easily get a full ride on the track in college!

  • ahha looks like he spazzed out with turrets or something at the end haha

  • HAHA thats funny doo

  • is he still throwing

  • how much is that in metres? how old is he?

quite good technique and he's fast too

  • your state's record is only 65 feet? lol

  • "only"

  • texas is 81' a guy in 3a got 75

  • the record was broken by a kid named named ryan whiting. he threw 70'

  • roid head

  • That's a serious claim. Incriminating evidence?

  • im in yr 9 and i can get 1.7m in high jump... lololol some guy at state rapes me though he gets 1.9m.. i always come second.. 3 yrs in a roww woot!!

  • this is shot put not high jump so no one gives a fuck

  • lol shut up shot put sucks ass

  • but here's the difference between high jump and shot, people who trhow shot are probably a lot bigger and stronger than the high jumpers and could probably kick the fuck outta little shits like you, in case you haven't noticed, this is a shot put video, not high jump if your gonna put a comment about high jump, go put it on a high jump video, not here

  • lol no fuckin kidding

if u cant throw with the best, go jump with the rest

  • lamestorm all i got to say is you lie.... unless you throw a six pounder..... i throw in eighth grade and my best throw is 45' 5''

  • @FLstudioKing Sadly, no one cares.

  • hey dude you load your left foot up a lot and i think if you were to just stand a little straighter and then really open that left foot hard then you could go 70

  • Really? Nobody gives a fuck.

  • prove it

  • im in 12th grade and i can kick the shit out of you

  • he has a point

  • Wow a lot of youtube users seem to be related to superman....

  • third cousin twice removed

  • ima get 65 ft. my senior year i believe, ima sophmoore...and the farthest ive thrown was about 54 ft. 8 inches....that is with the glide,,, but im starting to expirement with the spin...i love shotput!!-sorry if i sound cocky, im just confident ;}

  • u got talent then

  • the official must just be a really huge man.lol

  • Regular sector, the line you see on the left is not the actual sector line. There is a faded one that he is blocking marking the actual sector.

As for his technique, how is it weird. Looks like a fairly standard rotational throw to me.

  • Since he graduated from the university, he must have alot of nice things to say about his coach.

  • What year was this done? The sector lines are WIDE.

  • NOT 65

  • these comments are so stupid, he did throw 65 feet, was in the u.s junior track team, and attended ucla, and trained under one of the best throws coaches in the world art venegas.

  • technique looks weird but he gets into good power position with a lot of torque. He could get a LOT bigger and stronger also.

  • yes sir, i go to AC High School and hes got the school record, his picture is on the wall for state champion, its really 65 ft.

  • fucking right that's my high school

  • Looks 65ft to me...wow, such great strength and quick feet into the standing power position. Almost over-rotated and scratched, but was able to save it. Very well done and congrats to your brother.

  • Guys, this throw was documented as a state record by PIAA officials. I don't know why it doesn't look like a 65 foot throw to you, but this isn't some sort of made up video, check the PIAA state district III records for that year if you're still skeptical.

  • Your brother is throwing awsome considering his size.

  • the form is unorthodox but perfect

I am not sure if that was 65 though

  • That was only 47 tops

  • that is the state meet in Shippensburg that may have been the record then but its 70 feet now. excellect thrower though flawless form

  • not looks nothing like a 65

  • yeah,, thats not 65..

  • yeah, it is.

  • what does he throw out of the front?

  • Arguing on youtube, now thats a man's game.

  • indeed, shall we have a go at it sir? :P

  • you win at life

  • ok, no way thats 65' maybe 35-45 but if it is what state is it in?
