  • Nice voice. It's on Broadway in a contemporary remake with Hunter Parrish as JC. Watch Variety for when they are seeking new cast members.

  • wow this version is better than the movie or original cast

  • @biukucanoe not to mention 2011 cast! :)

  • you have a great voice! but how come it was needed to be proclaimed that "it's jesus" ? it's a bit... obvious! ;) haha i'm in Godspell right now for my church and this is a pretty good rendition of the movie. good job! glad to see that some colleges are still doing Gospel driven musicals. :)

  • oh wow, drool over your voice! :P love it!

  • Wow... what a great voice! Thanks!

  • It all depends on how the director and cast interpret the show. Each version is different.

  • This is just such a fabulous video -- the best "Save the People" I could find on youtube, and I've been looking for several days now. Fantastic!

  • lov it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Did you guys get sewed for saying "it's Jesus". I wouldn't doubt if he did. Good singing btw. The best example on youtube.

  • I love it but ithink their could have been some better blocking when you were holding everyones had when they enetered! I couldn't see you!! and when you went into the audience maybe a spotlight! but don't get me wrong it was awesome!

  • I like how John said, "It's Jesus of Nazereth!"

  • I like the changes you made. And I like that you were actually called "Jesus," in ours we only called him "Master." You really have a beautiful voice. Maybe I can get ours posted so you could see it too. =]

  • Very very good singing and acting but isn't the costume supposed to be a superman shirt???

  • thanks, haha, the superman thing has been extremely overdone, so we wanted to stay away from that at all costs, and decided to come up with our own setting. we chose a community garden, bringing together different members of the community, with Jesus being kind of a wanderer, a vagrant, who comes into this setting and starts to make a true community out of people from very different backgrounds. I give our director a lot of credit, I think our adaptation came across really well.

  • Bravo!!! Great job. Love it keep it up.

  • @mikus5 I like the way your director changed it up. I hope you continue to sing and share your amazing voice and stage presence with people!

  • you are soo goodd

  • Your set is awesome! You're great too. I am playing Jesus in my high schools production of Godspell this spring. If i need any help, i'm definitely writing to you!

  • sick that was exolent
