if your screen is getting darker when you plug it into the splitter try raising the contrast of your tv

@TheAzlyrics bascially you just need to open up youre recording software, go to import, than you should see a preview screen of what youre recording, than click record. (after clicking record make sure the mouse isnt on the record button).
