  • This guy knows exactly what is is talking about. Keeping the salt in the rim only is the best way to go, because it keeps the salt out of the drink, but you still taste it when you dink the Margarita.

    I like the plain, simple Margarita he makes here, though I prefer no garnish. But that's just me.
