Justice League and Teen Titans (2003-2006) are not necessarily part of the ongoing DCAU, via the fact that B:TAS gave us Dick Grayson's timeline, yet, just as he does in the comics, Dick ran the toon Titans after separating from Batman in that continuity, whereas in the DCAU, it was said he went to college immmediately before becoming Nightwing. Plus, Wally West is Kid Flash in the Titans cartoon, yet in Justice League, The Flash--whom Wally grows into--said he received his powers as an adult.

this was sorta lampshaded in the series finale of "The Batman" called "Lost Heroes" where Hugo Strange had robots that captured Superman and Flash and duplicated their powers but they left Batman and Green Arrow alone since they both didn't have any superpowers to copy.
