  • @amycallie123 They technically do have it at WDW in the form of Dinosaur, which has a track and vehicle which are exactly the same. The only differences are the scenery/effects.

  • Anyone notice the Mickey Mouse ears on the skull at 0:49?

  • what channel

  • I would like to be a ride mechanic at Disneyland

  • I love working on this ride after hours. Of course all the rides are amazing behind the scenes.

  • I think some people need to make this ride at WDW right now. I think it will make some people happy to go on it. Who agree with me that WDW should have this kind of ride also.

  • @amycallie123 If they made it at WDW it wouldn't be unique, now would it? Thats the great part of this ride, it is a one of a kind. However, I do wish they would give it a lenghty refurbrishment, due to it's many broken effects.

  • 1:04 please don't use the term panic attack so lightly. I suffer from an intense anxiety disorder and know the actual pain and seriousness of panic attacks far to well, and do not appreciate this usage of the word. Everyone please keep that in mind as you go through life. If you have never had a panic attack, be thankful and don't use that term to describe a disneyland ride. Thank you.

  • 0:47 they show a hidden mickey :D (the skeleton named Bones with a Mickey hat on)

  • the indy animatronic looked like a crazed/drunk maniac

  • RUNNING?! that thing breaks down a LOT but I still went on it I've been on it like 35 r 40 times. Great ride, whoever hasn't been on it at least once has a sad life.

  • im sorry i ment 0:47 mybad

  • what part of the ride is 0:49 ????

  • Does anyone know what the "jeep" is called?

  • @sonic619760 i beleive its called an Enhanced Motion Vehicle

  • does anyone have the rest of this 5 part news story?

  • THAT IS SO COOL!

  • Haha cool! I'm going in a few weeks and have been on this ride countless times I love this ride and always will. The first time I went on this ride was when I wuz 6 and when we entered the first room I'm thinking "what did I get myself into?!" but after riding it I was hooked! We went so many times in a row it took us 2 days until we wanted 2 ride it again. Lol!

  • So that's the secret of the rolling ball. Thanks.

  • my friend who was 19yrs old had never been to disneyland when we went on this ride he almost peed his pants he thought the rolling ball was real he started screaming and we told him it wasnt....i cant believe he never even saw the(indiana jones) movies 8o

  • If you end up getting walked off you can see a lot of what he is talking about, the last time I was there we broke down right as you speed up after you look into his eyes. All of a sudden the house lights are on the vehicle is lowering and guard rails pop up, it is really funny.

  • the new 1 lo0ks just like Harrison Ford

  • It's like walking through a Indiana Jones movie!

  • lose some weight robotic indy!!!!!!!!

  • They changed Indiana Jones from holding the gates of doom with his back to holding the doors with his right shoulder.

  • I went on Indiana Jones Adventure: Temple of the Forbidden Eye just a few months after it opened in 1995 with my family. I was scared of roller coasters back then. But now, it is one of the rides that we just have to go on every time that we visit.

  • There's a hidden Mickey on 0:46 - the skull has to big ears 8:-D

  • And the boulder scene is amazing!!! I already knew how it worked, but it's incredible to actually see it demonstrated. Talk about movie magic coming to life around you.

  • *scream of fright* @ :32 ...Mara scares me. Seriously, I've had nightmares about that ride (particularly the first room with Mara) for years. I don't really know why. I guess I just have fearful respect for it. I'm a god-fearing person, and the god I fear is Mara. I love Indiana Jones Adventure and always will. It's my favorite ride at Disneyland!

  • hahaha realistic? they changed that animatronic to a better one, to make it mroe real. haha

  • bad ass!

  • it would be awesome to walk through attractions!

  • 0:48 i was looking tfor tha hidden mickey

  • I still don't get the "Chamber of Destiny". I've seen there's only 1 track but sometimes you go other ways than straight

  • Kiwano8 i dont think the floor is moving jus the cave around them

  • hey theres the actual bugs(plastice) on the wall man this had to recored years ago(when the ride was barley new)

  • There are still some bugs on the wall, but most are projections.

  • That is awesome! Thanks for posting.

  • I wish that they would've put this ride at WDW in Florida...And I bet that will be awesome as in DisneyLand ;)!!

  • They kinda do, it's called DINOSAUR.

  • O my god that's cool!

  • I will just explain the Chamber of Destiny here.

    1. A jeep enters a door and the door closes behind them.

    2. Before the next jeep leaves the station, the walls move over one door, making the illusion you are going onto a different track. When actually, it's only one track.

    3. This continues through all 3 doors until closing time.

  • This ride is just too awesome! I am an annual passholder and I have been on this ride too many times to count. I never knew about the whole floor moving part at the end, and now I want to go to see if I can tell when I am on it. Anyone else think they should take your picture at the end of the ride?

  • @Kiwano8 the whole floor doesnt move, only the walls

  • @Kiwano8 they do at the one in tokyo. I think it's in tokyo

  • @Kiwano8 Look behind you and you will for sure know you're not moving because the wall at the turn does not move. Or if you get front row, look over the hood of the car, you'll see the drop below you and the actual wall. And you'll see the cave wall just moves without the car actually moving. I never knew it either until I looked myself.

I'm just not sure if the ball actually moves or if it just moves a little and the wall does most of the moving effect.

  • @JetHawk I don't think that the ball moves accept for spinning to help with the effect for when the wall moves

  • @Kiwano8 They DO in Japan!

  • can some one explain to me the first room, where you get to pick the room you get to go in to.....

  • search indiana jones adventure in wikipedia they have a diagram that's good. :)

  • Check out my channel, I have a video showing the exact workings of that effect. Its called the Chamber of Destiny.

  • Are there more parts to this series?

  • I WANNA WORK THERE!!!

  • It's a lot of fun, during the day or at night.

  • holy crap we dont move backwards! thats insane!! it make sense though cuz how would u go backwards and then go down from right where u were a second ago. thanks for posting

  • wow, that's awesome! I never knew that we weren't moving backwards at all! How cool!

  • wow there was one but the othe was bad quality thanks for posting this.
