As an American who loves football, I wish that we had a portion of the passion in our country that England has for the sport. Yes, football is gaining some popularity in the US, but we still have alot of work to do. But what a great send off to Landon by the Evertonians! Much respect to the fans at Goodison Park! The truth is the MLS doesnt want him to leave, and that is why the price is so high...so nobody would buy him. Im from New york and i would like Landon to go back to England he fit it right in.
@lordofwrath88 the MLS has to put that price on his head. He is Futball in america. Average sports fans over here can name him and Beckham that play in the MLS and thats it. If they lose him they kill their visability in the american sports world. My opinion though is I would love to see him go back to Everton they loved him there and he fit in verry well.

Too bad he'll be even more expensive, now. he's the only real talent in MLS, and he played very well in the World Cup.
