It's a shame that some dudes think that doing things such as keeping your hair/nails trimmed, and dressing to impress, will make him seem gay or something lmao.

Imo, the main difference between a dude being "pretty", versus being "clean-cut" (which dude in this video pretty much describes) is the use of cosmetic products.

A dude using eyelash curlers, mascara, foundation, nail polish, specialty hair products, etc. is what makes him "pretty".

Ex. Prince w/o cosmetics = clean-cut.
