  • I know much of Britain does not like their privatized rail system but I was impressed with it when I studied in Reading last fall. I am from the US and used the train as my sole means of transportation. I am back in the US and long for a train to hop onto. It is frustrating to be in America and watch the rest of the work develop and maintain their rail infrastructure as we sit ideal with our rail system. I wish we had a rail system as you do – it just makes sense.
