Hi Tara, I'm nearly 40. Is it too late to start yoga? I'm not agile at all, I can't do poses because I'm all stiffed up. Will I be able to achieve any agility at all even if I practice yoga?

I tried this last night: Halasana is maybe my favourite asana and I really enjoed the variations. I slept 8 hours and this morning I feel grat! Thank you from Italy

@minuspepper yes! make your professor give you breaks to walk around the building.. or start to sit cross leggged and stand even. . it's not good to sit for a long time. . :)
