  • Is that smooth beam?

  • Hope it worked for this guy. I believe there is no one treatment for acne. Different remedies work good for different people as the skin is not uniformly the same chemical or physiological or hormonal composition on all people. The type of diet we use and the habit of liquid intake has much to say on the characteristics of the skin at any given time. Good Luck, Eddieacn

  • omg... I was thinking about getting this kind of treatment once I have the money but after seeing this I'm not so sure... looks painful and those white dots that appear when the heat from the laser is applied scares the crap out of me haha...

  • i wanted to try this... not anymore. /; yikes!

  • how about some "after" videos. and not 2 weeks later, when the skin is still swollen from the treatment. like 1-2yrs out. offer former patients an incentive to come back for a peel or something or a discount on further treatments, and ask them to agree to do these "after" videos i'm speaking of.

  • this is so fascinating to watch!

  • Better off getting a chemical peel. Longer down time but proven results

  • Is it possible to remove big scars from the skin? and Is this gonna effect on growing of the bear or hair in the face for males?

  • i have had over 5 yrs of it 2 a month for 5 yrs an it dosnt even work but i have a giant birthmark on my leg from my lap to my bum

  • Oh my god that is so scary! Ewwww! I rather have the scars!

  • @2007sahara2007

    are you positive about that?

  • i just went to the dermatoologist and she says i will have to do laser treatment. And i was wondering if it will hurt. This looks like it hurts.

  • This laser work more on fine line and toning the skin. Doesn't do much on scars.

  • I got 3 treatments done and get an over all 50% improvement. You will never get anywhere near 70% improvement. So it's up to you if it's worth it or not.

If you have any other question private me.

  • @ferrari4sale does this have side effects bro .. ?

  • MOTHERFUCKER! WHAT THE HELL IS THIS?!!!

  • WTF ...aaaaaaaaaaaa

  • they don't even use gloves?

  • Notice how they don't show you *after* pictures in the video?

  • im sure this hurts like hell, like needle pins

  • how the hell this costs so much? this BS treatment gives so little change after all.. i guess in a few years you can buy this laser machine for youself from a story like the laser hair removal now..

  • it looks creepy

  • his skin's not that for an old guy.I had my bouts of acnes and minor reddish remnants but the best treatment is changing your attitude to acne. It will only affect your life if you let it. Just gotta feel great from inside and doing that not cost a single dollar :)

  • @WhenLilacsLast : well said bro :)

  • As she use it, It is not focalised. It should be. That is why each point is large and It does not go as deep as it should.

  • The thicker your facial hair, aka the wider and deeper your pores, the worse your scarring is. Hispanics and Asians get the worst acne scarring because of this.

  • if you paid attention to the video, the white stuff is ablated skin.

  • what are these white dots ?? is that last forever !!

  • whereis the After result of this. not sure what the point of showing this without a result is.

  • poor guy. glad he got help.

  • Search "Acne Remedy" on Krustbox (dot) com

  • i've had 3 of these treatments and it's been so wonderful for me..i try and tell as many people as i can about it....Trust me go to the wedsite and see my BEFORE AND AFTER... justin

  • IM A FIRIN MA LAZER!!!!!!!!

  • Realize just how many Skin Critters are getting killed with this procedure? smirk

  • he must be a gay

  • Is this safe for darker skin tones? My dermatologist said it could cause hyperpigmentation; It is a chance I just have to take. I do not know whether it's because I live in a small town and the doctors here do not have much experience with laser therapy?? I mean, he said, it is basically only safe for Caucasians. I was like huh??? lol........Appearently, it is done on Hispanics. I cannot tell whether this guy has a light skin tone or dark skin tone. Will someone help me out?

  • Your doctor is correct. Postinflammatory hyperpigmentation can occur as a result of this laser. This is more common in darker pigmented skin types as the resulting inflammation from the laser stimulates epidermal melanocytes, causing them to increase the synthesis of melanin and subsequently to increase the transfer of pigment to surrounding keratinocytes. My advice is to prep your skin with 4% Hydroquinone for 4 weeks initially and try a test patch before committing to the procedure.

  • Yeah, my dermatologist gave me 4% hydroquinone for my superficial acne scars and it helped quite a bit. I am only concerned about the pit scars; they are not that bad but, I want to get rid of it. I guess I could talk to my dermatologist about doing a test patch to see the results then, go from there. Thank you so much for responding!

  • I meant 4% hydroquinone for one a month prep to reduce the possibility of PIH. It would have little if no effect on scars, superficial or otherwise.

  • I don't know if they explain this, but they have very cold air blowing across your skin while they laser the skin.

  • Blowing cold air over an ablative laser reduces its effect. However, some studies intimate that the use of concurrent intra-operative cold-air cooling yielded little to no difference in terms of the efficacy of the laser treatment and the resolution of underlying wrinkles. Local anaesthesia is considered the norm.

  • how long does it take for all that excess skin to come off?aka how long before you can go out in public without lookin reptillian

  • Recovery from AFX takes about five to seven days depending on the depth of penetration. The excess skin does not really come off as you have skin bridges left behind.

  • what the hell !!

  • why show vids like this without an AFTER shot?

  • @zoopu THAT IS SO FREAKING TRUE

Ima follow ur advide iam 15 and i have severe scars on me face due to

severe eczema skin problems (used to have wounds and pus everywere on y body)

  • @zoopu 2000/3000 $

  • @zoopu fuckin pointless huh?? im waiting for it to

  • god this video makes me so jittery it makes me feel like FIRIN MAH LAZER!!!!!! bLAAARRRGHHH HWHWAAAHAHAHAHAAHAHAAHAA

  • Alright, but where are the "after" pictures

    ?

  • holy this looks kinda nasty/.....EXPLAIN the white stuff plzz someone!

  • @Darkdemonoflite It is the dead cells. They are pretty much just frying the top layer of skin to level out and smooth over the scars...I think.

  • Actually there are 2 types of laser resurfacing treatments (Ablative and non-ablative). This person is undergoing ablative resurfacing which breaks the surface of the skin (the white holes you see). The problem with this treatment is that recovery time is much longer (2 weeks or more) than non-ablative which does not break the skin (3-4 days). Results from both methods are identical. Non ablative is a little more expensive but well worth it.

  • how much is the non-ablative one?

  • It cost me $3000.00 canadian for 3 sessions. Each session last about 20 min.

  • oh man how long does the skin stay like that? it has all kinds of white spots on it?!?

  • just get derma roller for 100 dollars and it does the same shit

  • what they are trying to do is they are trying to burn the skin and once the skin will burn after maybe 4 or 5 days the skin will pill off, if you are from the philippines used maxipill my bro he has alot of acne in his face and i give him maxipll no.3 untill the skin will pill after the skin will completely pilled maintain no.2 and followed no.1, it will reduce the acne and your face.and stop the pimples. i used maxipill before too and my face is very shinny and smoth.

  • wtf why is there white dots all over?

  • its dead/fried skin to put it short mate

    cheers

  • How much cost this operation??? in all face

  • wow, what's happening to his skin?

  • I was thinking of going for the Obaji home system. Anyone ever try the30 day home kit?

  • yo i just did this this morning, it hurt like a mother Hepher! omggg the pain was crucial, but its worth it! if want to ask me questions go ahead, i'll let you know whats gunna happen!

  • How much does this cost?

  • 2500

  • dollars???? MY GOD!!!!!!

  • so then it costs 2500 for how many sessons? they bill u depending onhow many sessions and how long your sessions are? u got experience with the same method in the video? does it actually make your skin 100% new? and I mean FLAWLESS like when we were born? plesae respond

    thnx:)

  • does it really really hurt?????

  • yeah man, the guy in the vid is going threw pain. but it depends how bad you are. i wasnt taht bad but it still hurt

  • hey osunason dose the treatment work?

  • yeah man, if you dont have it as bad you can get rid of you scars on your first try. mine wasnt bad so it only took one laser sergury to do. it realy works man.

  • foreals... and how much was it

  • hello, i dont have severe acne cars just like 2 or 3 on my right cheek. theyre not that big either but i hate them. do u think i should get this treatment? how much does it cost and does it realy work? can u post a picture?

  • how much a session?? plz answer

  • about 2 thousand. i know its a lot. but you only live once. live happy.

  • @osunason omg, I hope it's free on the NHS. Long wait but atleast it could be free lol. On RoAccutane atm though, so I shouldn't be talking too soon!

  • can you show the results

  • looking at it makes me itchy and grossed out, lik he has pu all over his face. ew ew ew

  • looks like he has millions of white heads

  • i wanna know exactly how it feels, this fricken patient has no emotion whatsoever

  • lasers can be heated up so its basically heatiing up super fast and burning up the skin it does hurt

  • wow. its like someone throw cum all over his face

  • wow miin

  • Studies show that low light laser therapy is safe to use. From what I know, laser therapy can be done even with laser pointers that are sold in places like Walmart or OfficeMax (5mw red laser). Try looking up low light laser therapy on Amazon and find a book that you can use to learn how to treat injuries on your own.

  • acne, hairy, fat, and bald genes, thanks god! i'm glad you care about our emotional states of being!

  • CONTACT ME!!

  • grow up child.

  • ouch?

    is this even safe?

    or effective?

  • you can tell he is not feeling and pain.

    yes it is safe.

    very effective

  • @southcoastmedspa How much?

  • that looks so scary.... what are those white dots?

  • the white area is vaporized skin...it gets wiped away

  • damn thats pricey

  • please this is not a result driven video...it's the journey that counts...to learn more about yourself so to speak....

  • Way too much on the process. Where are the Results - in HD

  • would be nice to see the results

  • i JUST HAD A BIG CARCRASH AND A BIG SCAR ON MY ARM, I GUESS I WILL NEED DIS IN A FEW MONTHS LOL

  • It doesnt really work on deep scars...punch excisions is the best treatment for scars and its cheaper too,,,this is just a waste of money

  • you had punch excision ? so what are the results ?

  • omg this is excruciating...i had it done on my cheeks for acne scars.

  • Does this treatment only work on acne scars? Because I have a few scars that I got as a child through accidents and would like to remove them? Also what would be the costs? Thanks!

  • I have some pretty bad scarring and redness on my chest...can this procedure be used on the chest safely? How effective is it, and how much is the procedure?

  • I've did this treatment in india its no pain. not much you can handle.. but the thing is do it like 3-4 times to have better result.. in just 1 time you wont get better result.. i did once and i stopped

  • where are the results ? I am sure nothing happened to the scars but his face became red LOL

  • with a fractional laser there are some resurfacing results seen immediately but with large deep ice pick scars like his he will benefit from the columns of collagen that will be remodled under his skin. This may take 6 months to rebuild plumping up those holes. He may need several treatments but I heard they are about 2,000 and up for one treatment

  • @loufromlou finally, ive been looking for someone who seemed to have knowledge about acne scar removal... so i hear people say that it is impossible to completely remove a scar and i don't understand why they say that i mean the scar isnt invincible if you keep on treating it with different procedures one after the other shouldnt it dissapear at some point? and if you cant remove completely is it at least, possible to bring the skin back to the same level? cuz i have 2 small "holes" on my nose

  • how much is an estimate cost of this procedure ?

  • Comment removed

  • $800 - $1200 lil pricey

  • not if you truly care about your appearance and if it really is severe

  • where is the result?

  • Where is the result?

  • this is an ablative or non-ablative laser ?

  • This is a Ablative Laser

  • Do you advise people who have acne scares to choose the ablative ? and why ?

  • how does the laser remove scars?

does it burn the skin layers or something?

  • yea

  • I saw this treatment on True Life on MTV's website. If you guys want to see how someone was dealing with the treatment for a few months, then watch it.

  • whats the video called?? or the can you send it to me??

  • I will send it to you in the youtube mail, look for it!

  • This is a very interesting treatment. But as i recall, light gives off radiation. if your are shooting that intensified light as someones face, are you not heightening the risk that you are messing with his white blood cells? is it not possible that the radiation coming off that highly intensified laser could mess with the cell and have it triple the speed of its cell division? also known as Cancer...

I am sure people will want to trade a nice face for cancer..

    .

  • FALSE. No laser that is FDA approved give off any radiation. This specific laser is a CO2 laser. CO2 is a heat source, not a light. So before you make mis-informed statements you may want to get the facts! Call 877-650-7267 for further explanation

  • Gosh, someone please explain the pain of this. I am thinking of doing this..

  • The treatment is well tolerated and if needed the doctor can write medicine to help with the comfort. The pain is very temporary and most patients will gladly take a little pain for the gain.

  • This gentleman was a more difficult patient b/c of the depth of the acne scars. We did 3 treatments with the Active Fx and have him scheduled to come in for a 4th treatment using our Pro-Fractional laser. We sill upload his before and after photos and the video of the treatment soon. Subscribe to our channel to keep updated on new before and after pics and video uploads.

  • thos are some gnarly acne scars. i have a few little ones but i would like to get them off me. i was thinking of maybe trying to take a leach and put it on the acne scare let it suck on it, then take the leach off and maybe the wound would heal over evenly?
