in my opinion turn base battle are a thing of the past. they should be considering making more games like rouge galaxy and kingdom hearts fighting, for role playing or even ff12 fighting. but jumping into battle is old news. now since this is just a demo i wont judge completely, because the demo hold out a lot.
the thing is, kingdom hearts is cheap becuz the boss can hit you like 20 times and you cant do shit. thats why i like turn based anyway. even if you are on high level it still sucks and can beat it on lvl 20.

I'm just wondering how they choregraphed the gameplay so perfectly with the music! As in, it's a live playing so the boss music starts. Then, at just the RIGHT part of the song, Shu uses his 'limit break' and the whole thing follows like a perfect anime sequence!
I'm glad to see more RPGs trying to be more innovative without relying on stupid gimics like Final Fantasy X-2. Not to mention that Akira Torriyama's influence can obviously be seen in the style and story. I hope this game is a great success and appears on other consoles. And just maybe, I won't be so sick of Japanese RPGs like I am now after playing Xenosaga 2.
I'm interested to find out if this game is selling better than the first Final Fantasy game's available did. Although the video game industry is much bigger and more popular than it was in those days, I know that Japanese gamers played and loved that game extensively.. anyone have any more info about this?

In comparison FF12 sold nearly 2million in it's first week, so if they're eating up 100'000 copies of blue dragon I'm sure no ones playing a lousy 2million copies of ff12. go microsoft !!
It looks like an interesting game about RPG, and certainly the best game ever made to RPG lovers. I know awesome the graphics qualities, i expect less than what was presented. Now, I am impressive and crazy for this game...

I think a lot of us are sick of the same FPS war games, Car Tuning Street race games, and the same crap. This is awesome stuff and shows that Microsoft a very determined to get the Japanese gamers at least interested in the X360.
I agree, this game looks great, Im so happy that they are reviving this kind of rpg. There hasn't been anything like this since the 32bit era and Im NOT talking about FF. Games like Albert Odyssey and Lunar. This is how rpgs are meant to be.
