Simply beautiful.....Justin did a great job, and although he's not nearly as well known, this performance would not have been what it was w/o Matt Morris and his sweet voice and harmonies.

After listening to numerous renditions of this song I have to say that this is by far the very best version I have EVER heard. Kudos to Justin Timberlake and Matt Morris for this emotionally stirring and beautiful performance.

@rockthecasba16 Why would a metal band cover Hallelujah? Compared to Jeff Buckley, John Cale, one of Leonard Cohen's recent live takes, or KD Lang, I think Timberlake's doesn't hold up to the standard set by those. Particularly KD @ the 2010 Olympics.
His usual singing is much different from theirs and so this version had its own touch which really you can't compare to theirs. I'd hardly say they've set a standard. The point of a cover is to make it your own.

I came here because I heard Kurt Nilsen take this song and make people realize that their are angels.

This guy is the total package. He's hilarious in that SNL has to bring in JT just to be funny anymore, he can still sing, and he's a heck of a good actor, too. I don't know that I would qualify what he used to do in N'Sync as dancing, but I bet he would be okay if he actually tried real dancing, too. This guy is everything.

This is a song that requires a real technician and craftsman. K D Lang's version has spoiled me to listening to this song sung by anyone else. The boys do OK, but next to K D it's certainly a fail.

I don't mean to sound rude or arrogant and naive, but why does everybody care for Haiti and japan all of a sudden i mean yeah they lost so many lives, but they're not the only ones, I mean thank god for everything i have, but what about all the other countries that have been through natural disasters and wars. What about Palestine, Africa, and many places in Asia, India is filled with poor in need.Children are dying of hunger and killed. I'm not saying don't give Haiti, just give others as well

@TheMuggleworld because the recent things that occurred N Japan/Haiti were sudden and unexpected So the devastation over took the county in a differently Its the difference b/t a sickly grands dying during the same time and hearing literally half your family was murdered today You are correct multiple countries Africa and Eur-Asia need help too, but the difference is the swift devastation PS u maybe 2 young 2 recall but "we are the world" (wiki it if u r) was done for Africa

And Turkey is a somewhat Arab country. I know it's no where close to how many people died in Haiti but still many died. But i agree with completely!
