To the Americans saying they will never visit Italy, I as a Canadian, never travel to the States, because I'm afraid to, even though it's only a 2 hour drive away.
Italy, on the other hand, is a wonderful place and I plan to go back many, many times, and tell friends and family to. That goes for England and Scotland and Ireland as well - wonderful, safe countries, I plan to visit as many times as I am able.

Bullshit, Per capita the USA gives practically nothing in aid. Most of western Europe give on average double and places like Norway give 10 times what America gives. For its wealth America is one of the most greedy countries in the world. And statistically you are 4 times as likely to be killed in the US than the UK.
