  • best albums, not only by beatles, by anyone:

    1. similar to sick pianos ...version:

    1. meet the beatles

    2.rubber soul

    3.revolver[possably the best]

    4,pepper[forgot pepper]

    5.white album

    6. abbey road//

within these albums, some of the greatest music, rivalling even some of the clasiical masters.

i think the best ones; revolver, pepper, and white album; fairly equal in greatness.

  • i think yellow submarine is only here for the marketing value - following it with She Said She Said just shows how out of place it is in the Revolver/Paperback writer period

  • 0:00 Here, There and Everywhere 2:22 Yellow Submarine 4:59 She Said She Said

  • here, there and everywhere the best song everrrrrrrrrrrrr!!! ♥

  • The best band ever! Beatles 4Ever.

  • Listening to all of this Beatles playlist makes you realise they had more talent in their little fingers than the majority of todays 'stars'.

  • I think the only song of the Beatles' that I don't like is Yellow Submarine.. simply because people who find it annoying play it to others so often that everyone else quickly finds it just as irritating

  • @missrandom1996 agree

  • @missrandom1996 you joking? it's fucking awesome, although you can imagen it playing all day through the head of a psychotic mass murderer as he's stabbing people

  • and a sea of greeuwwww

  • Just awesome! Thank you!

  • F those 2 people

  • im confused. is Revolver parts 1, 2, 3, and 4 all the songs on the album? Or is it a long song?

  • @NinjaMusicFreak LOL, no those are all the songs of the album....xD

  • @NinjaMusicFreak i wouldn't have put it past them to make a song like that, so don't even feel bad ;)

  • My opinion-Beatles will be listened to in 500 years, may be taught in music school like Beethoven. Owners of at least 6 of the top rock albums of all time. My vote of the top: (1) Revolver; (2) White Album- I understand the criticisms of it, but I just like a lot of the songs and it's so varied; (3) Abbey Road; (4) Sargeant Pepper-classic and some great songs; (5) Meet the Beatles- music changed on a Sunday night Ed Sullivan show and these songs turned the key; (6) Rubber Soul.

  • By far this bands greatest album. If you think otherwise you want to go away and have a re-think because your wrong.

  • It's Umbealievable! I mean, just read the track list of Revolver...Each song is a real masterpiece

  • @hunterpeterson81095 Don't be an idiot. They wouldn't even do that if they were resurrected. They had major creative differences. They will never be together in a band again, got it?

  • @guitarlover654 They might have been, the arguing and differences were largely due to pride and ill-feeling but I think they could have overcome it.

  • Isn't it amazing that we are debating best albums and not best artist. With anyone who knows about music, beatles being number 1 is universal. I'm 26 but even this A.D.D. generation will eventually come around once Gaga isn't "cool." I hope so.

  • @mgunwin are you insulting people with a.d.d?

  • @beatlesfan4127 What?? Lets go ride our bikes!!!

  • only Beatles for Sale :)

  • Revolver

    Rubber Soul

    Please Please Me

    Abbey Road

    White Album

  • @SickPianos WHERE IS SGT. PEPPER?!?!?!?!?!?!

  • She said,"Wow. The Beatles are amazing."

  • thiiss playlist is faaaaaaaaaaaaaaakiin awesooooooooooomeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

  • @345MMP Not a playlist man...an album....when they were selling vinyls!

  • Man........ this is the trippiest album I've ever heard! Who needs acid when we've got the Beatles!

  • @tomboy2081 it needs some acid to have a better perspection of this album ;)

  • she said she said predetermined the britpop of the 90s if not futher

  • Hard Day's Night,

    Help,

    The beatles first album...

jesus I am confused... they are all great, grand, stunning!

  • she said, she said and i'm only sleeping = best songs on album?

    agree?

  • 2:22 first beatles song i ever learned to play on guitar

  • Rubber Soul and Revolver may as well be sides one and two of the same album, and that would be the best album of all time.

  • @WadeAlford I think George Martin said that, too, Or was it George Harrison?

  • 1. Sgt. Peppers

    2. Rubber Soul

    3. Abbey Road

    4. Revolver

    5. White Album

  • 1. Introducing The Beatles 1. Meet The Beatles! 1. A Hard Day's Night 1. Help! 1. Rubber Soul 1. "Yesterday...And Today" 1. Revolver 1. Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band 1. Magical Mystery Tour 1. The Beatles (The White Album) 1. Yellow Submarine 1. Abbey Road 1. Let It Be ... about right
  • -sgt pepper

    -revolver

    -rubber soul

    -white album

    -abbey road

  • My personal top 5 beatles albums are (at present, I change a lot) :P

    1. Revolver

    2. Rubber Soul

    3. A Hard Days Night

    4. Help!

    5. Sgt. Pepper

And I love abbey road :) along with The other albums aswell, so hard to pick 5 :P

  • I think once you get beyond a certain point of niceness, there is no best in a universal sense. when your comparing albums on this level, it becomes more about the individual, what they're in the mood for, etc. not that I see anything wrong w/ having a favorite, but I gotta disagree w/ anyone that says their is a "best" beatles album.

  • Revolver

    Abbey Road

    Sgt Pepper

    White Album

    Rubber Soul

  • 1. Revolver

    2. Abbey Road

    3. Sgt. Pepper

    4. Rubber Soul

    5. White Album

  • wtf i cannot share this vid on facebook!

  • My two favourite albums are Sgt Peppers and rubber soul, but this isn't far behind.

  • Here, There and Everywhere is amazing! such a voice, melody, simply perfect!!!

  • Revolver and Abbey Road are tied for first place...All other Beatle albums are tied in second place.

  • For me: Revolver and Abbey Road are tied for first place...All other Beatle albums are tied in second place.

  • The Paul is dead rumor is just freakin stupid! Why do people insist that the guy we see today is NOT the real Paul???!! Get off it. So the people behind this looked for a guy the same age as Paul, who;s left handed, has the same arched eye brows, the same facial features AND with a great talent??? Wow, now that;s a real research. Man!

  • i know all the words to all the songs in this album!

  • 1.magical mystery tour

  • <3.....

  • here there and everywhere is so beautiful it's sick.

  • hey dumbass... this shit was 60's.. if you lived in the 50's then suck my DICK Clark..

  • @KnowIV dude if you were born in say '54 you would be twelve when this came out. and you would have lived in more than half of the 50's so you are wrong.

  • fave album: all the albums the ever made

  • My Favorit 1. Sgt.Peppers 2. The BeatlesWhite Album 3. Abbey Road 4. Help! 5.Ruber soul 6.Revovler 7.A Hard Day's Night 8. Let it be 9. Magical Mystery Tour 10.The Beatles for Sale
  • ignorance is bliss i dont care if its realy paul or not

  • here, there and everywhere=amazing song

  • I'll admit, Abbey Road and White Album are my favorites (though this is subject to change), but the three mid-Beatles albums (Rubber Soul, Revolver, Sgt. Pepper's) tie for close third. Revolver used to be my absolute favorite, but association with a past girlfriend drove me away from it for a while.

  • @elgranelgraf LOL Sorry to hear that. Good choice for albums your favorites. What are your favorites off Abbey Road, and White Album?

  • Very Velvet Underground-ish guitar work on this album.

  • @leldoryn Or is Velvet Underground just Revolver-ish guitar?

    Food for thought. :D

  • pauls not dead dumbass saying hes billy shears is like saying that johns death was fake you just dont say it cuz ur going to piss alot of people off

  • @landenrud The standing Paul McCartney is really Phil Ackrill. If you cannot see the facial and ear differences then your not observing the man clearly. Phil's is from Canada and has a long thin face and the real Paul had ears that were very wide and strayed out from his head. There are a million other topics to talk about here but not enough space to discuss them all.

  • @emerging2012 Ya know its ppl like you that the beatles wanted to have fun with when they egged those rumors on its still amusing to me that ppl still buy it all these years later

  • @MrAerosmith16 You need to do some forensic homework and you will see that the new Paul's eyes, nose, mouth and ears do not line up.Also analysis of his teeth alignment show that they are completely different.Observing old interviews with the real Paul will reveal of different person. His voice and mannerisms are very different. When current Paul was asked about the Paul being dead rumor the first thing he does is go to his face with his index finger to wipe his nose.A well known liars gesture.

  • @emerging2012

Of course Paul's teeth are "different" now! Like all super-rich people he has had the best dental treatment, and so his teeth have been capped, veneered or replaced by expensive implants. And I also suggest you do some "forensic homework" on your English.

  • @emerging2012 so they just happened to find a guy who looks exactly like him, can sing and write songs exactly the same, and sounds perfectly alike? A guy who has no living family or friends, and people wouldn't notice if he went missing? A guy who has never been confused for Paul before? If that's the case, then who cares if Paul's dead? His replacement's obviously just as good.

  • @MrAerosmith16 Not now versus then. McCartney 1967 versus McCartney 1965 and before. Get focused and do some serious photo research. Just type forensic and Paul McCartney into google.Type in

  • @emerging2012 so by your logic people cant age ? a lot can change about a person in just two years

  • here there and everywhere sounds like its describing john and yokos reationship! before it actually happended cuz this album came before that

  • revolver is the last album with the original paul mccartney on it too

  • @DCAreaguy2001 wait wat happened to paul?

  • @landenrud Paul got i a car crash in 1966 i think and there was a rumor that he died and they replaced him

  • @AlfredoGarcia77 u dont say :p but its not true

  • @DCAreaguy2001

you really think he died in a car crash and replaced?

    haha

  • revolver is the last album with the original paul mccartney on it too

  • SHE SAAAAAAAID

  • Love how the repeated "sea of green" line in the final verse occurs 4 minutes and 20 seconds into the video. Awesome!

  • here, there, and everwhere <3

  • @all you idiots in the music debate, ask 50people who the best band ever is and you will probably get 50 different answers. The Beatles are legendary but Bob Marley and the Wailers were legendary in their own right. How can you possibly compare them? Pointless arguments like this are like pollution on YouTube. Shut up and just listen.

  • @Stazmo2 THANK YOU! I do find that youtube is "watch a video above, then fight to death over it below"..

  • What are you crazy, there is no better than the Beatles. So go ahead and fuck yourself.

  • McCartney's songs are the better!

  • @worldcitizenforever there is no band better than the Beatles and there never will be deal with the fact that no band in history or forward in history will ever have an impact as big as The Beatles did in the 60's. So deal with that fact that the Beatles will be better than every band until the world ends and in the begginning of the new world theyll still be better theres not gona be another band like them again and thank god cuz no ne can beat them

  • @LennMcCarHarrStarr

How do you know? It is conceivable that another band can do something incredible. The Beatles have an advantage in that the media, liberalism etc. was more limited than now. So, it that sense it is unfair to draw comparisons to the Beatles and bands today/in the future.

  • @worldcitizenforever , dodging the question nicely there, you clown! Are you embarrassed to state which bands you think are better than The Beatles or something?

  • @worldcitizenforever, hhhmmmm...I'm the one saying stupid things? And yet you don't even bother to mention all these bands that you claim to know of who are "much better than The Beatles." Why don't you tell me who those bands are? Should be good for a laugh...

  • whats ur favorite song?

  • Comment removed

  • Greatest band of all time - absolutely no question about it. And as for 'Revolver'....well, simply put, there has bever been a better album. This is the greatest band ever at their peak. Just untouchable. Some of the stuff that Lennon and McCartney were writing at this stage simple defied belief...

  • Why does Abbey road get the most attention out of all the Beatles album? I don't get it! This album is much MUCH better! (peppers, magical mystery tour, and rubber soul are even better than abbey road) People don't know what they are missing!

  • yo dog it's cool you like their other albums but I will admit I love Abbey Road. Mainly b/c the radio stations, etc round my neck of the woods dont play any of the tracks. However if they did I'd likely like it less ya know. Either way Revolver is hot to death.

  • @chicagolegend Abbey Road ets he most attention because it was the last beatles album made and the album cover sticks in everybody's mind.

  • I'd have to say this was the last album where they really worked as The Beatles.

(I know, Pepper came after this but that is such an odd album, they were playing another group anyway so not the Beatles)

The latter albums were just try outs for their solo careers besides where John and Paul were writing separately (for the most part) and George also.

  • Fav albums:

    1. Abbey Road

    2. Sgt. Pepper

    3. Revolver

    4. Rubber Soul

    5. The Beatles (White Album)

The Beatles are the best band EVUR

  • @heathead20 Great list.

  • @heathead20 I have to agree with you

  • @heathead20, same as me.

  • @heathead20 mine are

    1 Sgt. Peppers

    2 Revolver

3 dark side of the moon

    4 Abbey Road

    5 Houses of the Holy

  • @heathead20 Oh man the same as u but changing the first with te second.

  • @heathead20 I agree with your listing perfectly.

  • I love to be here...Here... : [/---

  • Best Beatles album are:

    -Revolver

    -Sgt. Pepper

    -Rubber soul

    -Abbey road

    -White album

  • @ajquioc I would switch Abbey Road to 5 and The White Album to 4, but otherwise I agree completely.

  • @ajquioc what are you talking about? all their albums are epic!

  • this is the greatest album of all time

  • thehognias BEATLES WERE MAGICAL FROM THE START and 60`s were magical, because of car designs music, lacoste t-shirts, rolex, Fred Perry,Lee,alfa romeo, ferrari, maserati, lambos, etc BEATLES HAD MIDAS TOUCH EVERYONE KNEW THAT THIS EXPLOSIVE oustadning 12-G FORCE boys, were different THEY CREATED A DIFFERENT WORLD !! CANT U SEE ? YOU HAD TO BE THERE,TO EXPERIENCE BEATLEMANIA YELLOW SUMBARINE,was 50 years ahead of its time, that cartoons, gassss tonic music, they were magicians
  • @piacentini SUBMARINE?

  • pure brilliance

  • SHE SAID !!!!

  • It's just so goddamn good! Can't quite get my head around it...

  • my favorie albums by them are revolver, rubber soul, the white album, sgt. peppers/magical mystery tour, help, beatles for sale, hard days night, please please me, with the beatles and let it Be

  • thats like every album exept 2

  • my favorite band still... hands down

  • I am 59 and MAgical Tour is the best with

    Revolver,Rubber Soul, and Pepper

    in that order

Walrus ? Lennon replied to a foolish teacher saing his lyrics "meant nothing" , and Lennon gave her WALRUS as a sample of what a "meant nothing" song shud be

  • It's great too, because truly good artists have meanings behind songs - that was a perfect example of a reply to a statement or an opinion in a song - It seemingly meant nothing, and that's what the purpose was... yet, there was a lot of purpose behind that song ... also was an awesome fit to The Magical Mystery Tour. One of my favorite songs on that album!

  • @piacentini-

Having been a fan while they were making the music, did you know they would be legends? While listening to the records you mentioned as they were released, did you suspect young people would still be listening to them in awe?

  • @thehognias

BEATLES WERE PRESENT IN EVERY PARTY

THEIR LONG PLAYS , PLAYED IN A PORTABLE TURNTABLE DEVICE WITH A HOOK ,CALLED "WINCO" IN ARGENTINA

EVERY DAY,I WAS VISITING A FRIEND JUST TO BE CLOSE TO HIS SISTER ANNA , AND HER BLOND HAIR,BLUE EYED, SCHOLAR MATE, SYLVIA, AND OF COURSE BEATLE`S MUSIC AS BACKGROUND

    ALEX

  • I'd like to know that too, seeing as I'm 15 and been listening to them for about 2 years now, and their my favorite ever. I barely listen to music today, only the real ones like John Mayer and Dave Matthews.

  • Abbey Road for me

  • Most people say that Sgt. Pepper is the best Beatles album - but for me it's Revolver (with Rubber Soul coming in 2nd place) :D

  • I might have to agree with you. I like almost all the tracks combined with Revolver and Rubber Soul.

  • WHITE ALBUM

  • she saids such a good song hadnt even heard that one

  • ALBUM DE 1966

  • Man i wish i coudve grown up the fifties nad sixties

  • hu ..i did mucker!!!!!!!!!!!!!! was fun

  • That means you were to old for the Seattle scene. LOL

  • @PurdueBoilermakerFan me 2 man id rather have the beatles than have cell phones and computers give me the simple life

  • @PurdueBoilermakerFan No worries brah... we still can...... no joke it's up to us....

  • Beatles almost called their band Long John and the Silver Beatles.

  • I think he did, but Pete Best was still in the band. Then the final formation was called The Beatles, It wouldn't be the same, don't you think? jaja

  • Not quite the same ring..but no one would have cared lol. They would have still blown our minds.

  • Here, There and Everywhere is one of my all time favorite songs. It's just beautiful.

  • john lennon

  • to listen through headphones is spectacular!!

  • I agree that nobody can surpass the beatles, but my favorite band is Nirvana...does that make sense?

  • Yep, I agree that no one can surpass The Beatles but my favorite band is Pink Floyd.

  • I listen to Blues and Jazz all the way. I listen to barely any rock (just a tiny tiny bit of classic rock like Led Zeppelin and the Who) But even though all i listen to is Jazz and Blues, The Beatles are still my favorite band.

  • Yess it does!

  • me too, lol

  • all beatles albums are great.. no other band can surpass the music they made..

  • I'm missing something about this "Revolver". I think it is a "change type" album??? Any help here?

  • Experimental, sounds beautiful, I'd just call it a masterpiece.

  • The original US release had three songs less, if that's what you mean. No "I'm Only Sleeping", "Dr Robert" or "And your bird can Sing" because the greedy fatcats in the States loved to rip off the US fans

  • It's just one of there greatest albums man. You can't necessarily rank each album. All of the psychedelic Beatles' albums were masterpieces!

  • Magical Mystery Tour was not a masterpiece and neither was Yellow Submarine, so I will have to disagree. Why not Magical Mystery Tour? Good opening song, great second song, but Flying and Blue Jay Way are just not good songs. However, it is followed by two pretty good songs to round up the first side.

But the 2nd side is just a collection of singles(sans Baby Youre a Rich Man), and sure maybe the songs are masterpieces, but they were not made for that album, just thrown in for the sales.

  • Although I understand your points, It is still a great album. In a strange way I think they were trying to make Sgt. Pepper part 2. Thus ..the reason why Penny Lane and Strawberry Fields were thrown on the album, those 2 master pieces were intended for Sgt. Pepper. Im sure they regretted the decision to pre release them as a single rather than include them on the Pepper album.

  • yea i agree, i consider Revolver a sort of transition album

  • The three songs you mention were on Capital's US release, Yesterday and Today.

It's called, capitalism, brother. Capital could make money by spreading the songs over more albums and did so. It's the American way.

  • Yeah greed without morality or moderation is, indeed, the American way. And it's really been wiorking out for you guys the last year or so!
