How come in the start of the video, some are dancing and others are not? Or is that part of the entry? I'm just asking. I never seen a pow wow and I'm new at seeing this I'm not Native American but I enjoy the culture and music. I love this video can't wait to see more! I hope I'm not offending for asking my question, the more I learn the more I will understand other people's culture. If I did offend I'm sorry, I don't like offending people/hurting there feelings,OK I'll be quiet now.
