its no wonder turkey is always so over-cooked when you follow a stupid recipe like this. I cant be nice here, didnt brine it, didnt truss it, advised using a NEEDLE in it, incinerated it, lousy carving demo, oh hell, it all sucked.
thats a horrible looking turkey.. and shes carving it all wrong.. and she made it wrong... fail..

No way 180 degrees, that bird will be REALLY dry!! Pull out of the oven at 160/161 and let carry-over heat raise to 165.
