    No matter how it was cooked, someone will not like it. The anonymity of the internet allows EVERYONE to be an expert and a critic.

  • its no wonder turkey is always so over-cooked when you follow a stupid recipe like this. I cant be nice here, didnt brine it, didnt truss it, advised using a NEEDLE in it, incinerated it, lousy carving demo, oh hell, it all sucked.

  • No way 180 degrees, that bird will be REALLY dry!! Pull out of the oven at 160/161 and let carry-over heat raise to 165.

  • looks good, but did u cover any thing with the turkey when u put it in the oven?
