NOOOOOOOOO! Microsoft already stated that profiles that were "RESET due to glitching were because they used file saves and/or put in files to boost their scores. In the June issue they also stated that "lagging" and "boosting" for wins and points is not considered cheating because the game makers could have programmed the game to automatically drop when "lagged" but didnt.

Hence people who still lag in Halo and Gears are still glitching. so there you have it. YOU WILL NOT GET IN TROUBLE.

you need a stand-by button on your modem or the better one is if you have your modem connected to the wall rather than the pc... because then you can standby for much longer... but still it makes life soo much easyer on this game... shame that i dont have standby on my pc anymore... Ps. you can download 3 programs that will allow you to use stand-by... one of them in kain enable... but im not too sure where i got it from.. ps. dosent allow you to download onto windows vista! only XP and older!!!

This totally doesn't work for the Genin, Chunin, and Jonin achievements. I just tried (and surely pissed off quite a few players) only to find out that after getting 9000 points, I didn't get any of the achievements. Sure, I unlocked the "Finish the Exam as Shikamaru" achievement, but I was expecting more and it definitely didn't deliver.

yea I've said that it didnt work for Genin and junin and all that. You disconnect when you win. You don't get points. You just advance.

I think if you turn it on and the internet connects back before it registers it will work though.
