2:16 Dufty with a HUGE save to foil Ching. umm..NOT! idk how Max defines HUGE but when i was playing a huge save was not a header traveling at 2 mph 5 feet away from you. this is a very weak header and Dufty was right there. nothing huge about it.
me neither i live in England but whatever the pr5ice is Houston is like the 5th biggest city in USA population wise so they certainly have enough people to fill it up, the might aswell just drop the price really low, then people will come because its cheap, then they could gradually bring it up again if there doing well
Damn i hope these red bulls pick themselves up they seem so disorganized the last 4 games....Why wait till 30 mins to put celades in......now we lost cepero its crazyyyyy
i think both of the red cards were deserving. first one, he wrapped both legs around one guys leg. doing this can break someones leg. the second one, his left leg drug around and could've broken the mans chest plate or maybe a rib or two. plus he went in with both feet cleats up. not only could you hurt someone this way, but you could kill them. tell me going cleats up in someones chest doesn't have the possibility to kill someone? come on. both of these were deserving. absolutely!!!!
has anyone thought for a second that it's not the cards but that MLS soccer has become a comical grind-i-out slug fest instead of the "beautiful game" - watching this game and the chivas galaxy match was watching people play at soccer. Now I know the referees in MLS are pretty bad - no wait, very bad. But the play sometimes leaves refs no choice
what is with the ref's so far and their obsession with the card...MLS needs to get rid of some of these terrible refs. I would agree Chabala did not deserve the red not because it was a debut or anything but simply because the challenge did not warrant a card...it was a fifty fifty ball that both players lunged for...one got hurt (maybe)...no card necessary
MLS should have ALL refs be full time employees! also, how do we know that these refs arent throwing games like nba refs...? ive seen many wrong calls..... that completely changed the outcomes of games... !!!!GO DYNAMO!!!
lol..if you watched the game after the HARD RED CARD (red bulls are dirty players btw) tackle on cameron little corey ashe (all 5'2 of him) wanted to scrap with any red bull.... THATS A REAL TEAMMATE!!! GO COREY... and WTF dynamo.. why couldnt you finish any runs... you get there but the last touch is garbage..!!! also Geoff Cam.. good shit keep it up. Wade did much better than last few games, and kamara still sucks... bench his bitch ass... put in Wondo! and last when will Akinbiyi play?
Bull Crap. Both red cards in this game were ugly tackles that were deserved reds, and Berhalter's pullback when he was the last man. I didn't see what Gordon did, but while there were alot of cards, the reds were deserved.
Shea Salinas shouldn't have gotten a red card in the San Jose game. He got a 2nd yellow for dissent, but he was picking up the ball for the chicago player who accidently ran into his arm, making it look like he threw it away. Nobodies fault, just an accident but resulted in giving Chicago tons of room to tie in the last 10 minutes.
The Officials got into the games WAY to much the past 2 weeks. Especially in that LA vs Chivas game. What was it? 6 red cards this week? 3 or four last week? Give me a break. Let the teams play!
Lol, fail. Second red card, the defender was about to kick the ball straight to Chabala. He really didn't need to slide at all.

huh... Houston usually doesn't have problems filling up their seats, wonder why no one came.

well ive only really got into MLS proper this season and the end of last and i havnt seen Houston with a 90% full or more stadium ever...
LukeTalking 2 years ago

Something must have been in the water this past weekend. Even my old-man's league on Friday night had a lot of chippyness.

Mike Chabala did NOT deserve the redcard. It was his MLS debut. Totally unnecessary.
The NY player was just fine.
