  • HOUSE SURFIN!!!!!

  • That was the ex-wifes half of the house, so it's ok.

  • Lake Delton is a manmade lake, not a river. The dam broke after repeated heavy rainfalls. All that water had to go somewhere, and that was through the breach in the dam. Lakefront property is not normally subject to such a current.

  • hahaahahahahahahaahha funny shit

  • @CracheLaHaine fuck you man, fuck you!

  • im sorry

  • O_O..................

  • AND THIS

    is why I prefer deserts

  • Ive noticed that only the cheap new homes wash away.

  • You people can laugh all you want now. But I've watched people lose their homes, lives, and our place of memories. Words cannot express how much it writhes your emotions.

I just hope that karma comes and fucks you in the ass and out your mouth.

  • omg i hope no won was in that home or els thay will die

  • @BR3NNAMAY1604 funny cos its in america.

  • @drbumbleehussy fucking idiot. this is NOT funny. people lose their lives to these sort of natural disasters. just recently a huge tsunami in japan caused many to lose their lives. POS like you dont deserve life over them.

  • man human designs look so small when see in these conditions. That big house just splitting like that just looked so inferior to nature.

  • This sort of thing is dreadful; I feel really sorry for these people.

  • the wise man build his house more inland...these people arnt so wise

  • @AlphaCrosby americans.

  • @drbumbleehussy that explains it!

  • I feel sorry for the people, but really? A house right next to a river? Who would have expected THAT to happen...

  • Destroyed in seconds

  • Moving water is VERY POWERFULL and it can take down almost anything in its path..thank god no one was hurt. And yes your right (the poster who stated) it can happen to anyone...perhaps those who laugh or think its funny will experience fire. or a plane crash..drowning....you just never know....how would you feel if you felt or heard laughter? just a question to ponder.

  • Of course it wouldn't be funny if it happened to me.. it would be devastating. Hilarious when it happens to other people.

  • Only in america would they build a house on a riverbank, what the fuck do you expect?!

  • You'd be singing a different tune if it happened to you! Don't ever laugh at someone else. The same thing could happen to you! Where's you compassion turkey"

  • I think it's a bit funny because of the construction of the building, for example in latvia I have a house on 60 cm steel reinforced concrete foundations and has a double layer planking and isolated walls it would stay solid even if half of the soil under foundations would be chewed up by water, it would tumble around as a solid block, not like this house, that looks like it's make from super glue and strips of paper. These type of houses make me sad.

  • And THIS is why you put boulders all along the riverbank in front of any land you want to keep. Whoever built the house that got ripped in half didn't know anything about building homes next to water.

  • hahaha lolz, BOAT HOUSES!! love to have one of them

  • scary shit :(

  • Smoke detectors going off in floating houses...creepy

  • @mer191 O.O must be panicing

  • i lost my husband in this fllood..his was the only fatality..how dare you treat this event so lightly.

  • you need a paddle then you'll have a boat house!!!

  • How awful it must be to watch everything just fall away.

  • This home is coming for me??

  • @zigzagdunia no way, it loves ME!!!! i am the one who blew it up... err...

  • *cleveland falls out of tub" "oh no noo noooooo NOOOO!!!!"

  • Its not funny but its good to try and ease loss with humor. No doubt its a really gloomy feeling to watch your bedroom set float down a swollen river.

  • this is sad :(

  • Honey did we purchase flooding insurance?

  • that sucks i feel sorry for the home owner. poor peeps and that poor house...

  • Interesting House Boats!!

  • at least the house is half price now haha

  • Lake delton finished ? when lake delton comeback ??

  • wtf.? this isnt raw iTs cRaZii glad i wasnt in the house

  • no wonder why the a/c bill was so high. those damn contractors skimped on the attic insulation.

  • I gotta say, those are some high quality shingles. When the house flipped, no leak! it floated! That's top notch roofing right there!

  • dont see why americans won´t use bricks...

Probably wouldnt have helped in this case :D but still...

  • @TomOkkaTom how would bricks would have helped you moron?

  • why would ppl build on edge of a river for tho i guess to collect insurance..lol

  • 0:41 its a boathouse

  • oh...my..fucken...god

  • that house was made out of paper haha

  • what is if the guy is like enjoying a poo and the bloody house falls in half lmaoo that would be SHIT hahahaha

  • "Jaysonaaa" Getting a stronger house wouldn't help.

If the ground it's sitting on is washed away then it's going to fall in, Idiot.

  • you are sick

  • how can u think this is funny, this happened to my dads house

  • @Joshmackey54 aw thats terrible :(

  • @Joshmackey54 Agree this is anything but funny.

  • Hey - that second house was a mobile home. Literally!

  • it would be funny if some guy was sitting in a tub taking a bath when the house split like in family guy

  • that would be cool

  • I thought the exact same thing lol

I gotta stop taking a bath during Flash Floods

  • @usjets08 doesnt that happen more on the Cleveland Show?

  • @usjets08 , it will be fuuny when happen to you, you mother fucker. There is nothing funny about it

  • @usjets08 Lake delton is an essential partof our state's tourism industry, and has many attractions and resorts built around it, because of this our state lost who knows how much money because the lake simply wasnt there. Heck this flooding even wiped out an entire Wisconsin town.

  • @usjets08 NO NO NO NO NOOOO!

  • @usjets08 I really shouldn't take my baths durin peters shanigans.

  • @usjets08 What would be funny would be if it was you sitting the bath terrified out of your very tiny brain and turning the water brown, us knowing that the owner of the property had his insurance fully paid up. Then that would be funny!

  • @usjets08 No, that wouldn't be funny. Idiot.

  • @usjets08 It would be funny if it was You. Who actually think this is funny

  • @usjets08 OH NO OH NO OH blub blub blub.

  • CHECK SEAWOLF150DOTCOM

  • Sorry Mr smith, Im only paying for half the house. Now if only we can get the other half off...

  • ill offer u 50 percent

  • Yep nature does not care about you or your homes and possesians! It cuoldn't care LESS about them!

  • i hate living in wisconsin...my house was flooded wen there was all of the floods here

  • A SMOKE DETECTOR WENT OFF?

  • Look at the bright side Mr. Smith, now you and your wife own a house boat!

  • lmao. harsh.

  • same thing happened in my town...houses in river broke a wooden bridge...went on traintracks..roke powerlines it was hell

  • watch the video again, think about whats happening in it and then consider why it might be important to consider the power of nature before building where ever we feel like.

  • agree

  • Architects, Builders, Code Officials and Homeowners are all turning to SMART VENT automatic foundation flood vents to protect homes from the destruction that a hurricane, flood or other natural disaster can cause. SMART VENT is designed to provide both flood protection and ventilation and is the only ICC-certified vent to meet the requirements as set forth by FEMA and the NFIP for all homes or buildings located in a floodplain.

Educate yourself, be safe, and save on flood insurance.

  • omg that was my house!!!!!!

  • yer totally u idiot people actually beleive it aswell

  • ohhhhhhh....what happened?

  • woah..

  • ughh i remember that week in wisconsin it was horrible i live in germantown,Wi so it didnt get flooded that bad but that storm was terrible..omg wisconsin is just crazyy lol

  • i live in WI and my teacher had floging. abs eaven if it was bilt w/ concreet that probly wouldhave happened. plus a part of a hyway was distryed by water how werid is that?!?!??!?! (this is very sad i think that 2 or 3 other houses had this happen to them:() ps they were not home so noone got hurt

  • just FYI they were using the ducks as rescue vehicles

  • I was there. That is exactly what they were doing. Nothing funny about it!

  • Also shows how houses are built like total shit, today. Houses built a century or even 50 years ago would have remained whole.

  • when 3/4 of a house is hanging over a ledge, especially a house that big, it will collapse. there's nothing under it to support the structure, so the whole weight of that end of the house would have been mostly on the upper back corner. if if had stayed together, chances are it would've flipped over and in, or the ground would've given away and it would've slid in (like it did with many others)

  • USE CONCRETE.

I know it detracts from the beuaty of nature, but it's better then houses being destroyed.

  • "Use concrete" Peolpe have lost there homes and you offer building tips. Fuck you cocksucker

  • Ok, I'm just frustrated that shit like this happens because they don't update the reinforcments.

The water flooded out through a very small area in the actual levy.

The levy was made of earth...

  • 11111FALCON11111 said something "Nasty, Nasty" to you. Look up ^.

  • These two homes were not the only thing lost this week. Jobs were lost, roads washed out, crops were flooded, and it will take a lot of money and time to repair all this...and most of the people from Wisconsin are middle class or lower. They're not rich.

  • Laughing at a comment.

  • LOL!

  • this weather here is crazy!wow thats unbeliveable!

  • how many natural disasters have happened in the last 2 mnths?????? 2 yrs???? were living in crazy times check out my channel for more info.....

  • Most of people are as impermanent as these houses, yet I bet these people will now spend their lives trying to hoard more material things.

  • Whatever only a dead-beat would say that. These people lived on a LAKE. An embankment gave way down stream of them causing this lake to turn into a raging river as it emptied. Raging rivers erode soil from shore and their house happened to be built in the way. The govt couldn't decide on a flood elevation so they couldn't even buy insurance if they wanted to. Wow sounds totally materialistic to me.

  • Since reading is hard for you let me explain, When something "spend their lives" refers to something of future reference. Its unfortunate (in a way) what happened, but now they are free from the prison society helps people build for themselves. People living the american dream need to realise that their asleep.

  • Xakryn, you're an idiot. Only those who cannot have the things they want make the comments you make. Get a life, and don't give in to such luxury items such as high speed internet and a youtube account.

  • they're*

  • what do you mean whats the big deal? these people lost everything! some day something like this could happen to you and then lets see you say whats the big deal., and dont say it will never happen to me either because i live in the area where all this is happening and your eyes see things they thought they would.

  • Just mother nature at work. Doing this for millions of years, so whats the big deal?

  • No flood insurance... The village did not sign with FEMA so the residents where not able to get any flood insurance...

  • I hope they got flood insurance or saved ALOT of money by switching to geicho

  • mother nature is pissed

  • omigosh, i feel feel bad for the owners of those homes

  • Pointless violence doesn't interest me, start a revolution, then we'll talk.

  • I doubt you would enjoy such an engagement.

  • I'm certain I own more guns than you, as do my compatriots. Nothing's dumber than someone that starts a fight they can't finish.

  • By the way, my cottage is on that lake. It is ok though. I remember driving by that house in the video and is really creepy watching it fall apart. My boat floated away but someone got it and tied it up. Guys dont worry, they will build the lake again. Do you know how many lawsuits there would be if they didnt? Lake Delton is now 95% empty. It is just a big mudpot. There goes my cottage summer plans.

  • that sucks.....i live on the other side of the state about 30 miles north of millwaukee but i had realatives that used to live kinda close to that....i was just at lake delton about a year ago and i can't imagine it empty...or litterally almost gone....

  • That is really amazing. I have a video like that with a couple of different videos. But still AMAZING.

  • I just had to add that at the end you can hear smoke alarms. They were malfunctioning from the water and the dust that came from the cracking drywall. I thought they were mine and I was a little scared. I was going to be up in this area, but then my vacation was switched to next week. I am a little unsure on weather which one is better. That would be cool, but scary.

  • "No AID NO PITY NO REFUGE NO TOLLERANCE AND DEPORT:"

Cool, I'll enjoy seeing you gunned down in that case.

  • totally devastating for the community and those surrounding Wisconsin Dells.

I am in Baraboo and am totally saddened by this turn of events. I hope they are able to rebuild and get back to normal someday.

  • didn't like lake delton drain or sumthin or another?

  • yup, 95% empty. only medium size puddles left.

  • Kudos.

  • Cool, we can stop subsidizing the West Bank settlements and clusterbombing of civilians then.

  • lol

  • haha

    ha
