Oh. My. God. I am so glad that I found this. I'm going to search when this aired but I was born in '87(must have watched it sometime before1994, I was quite young), and every time I'd describe this show to someone they'd look at me like I was crazy (granted, I described them as "little elf people about the same size as the David the Gnome characters, but more Precious Moment-y looking," but still) Thank you!

The one where there's this woman that scares the lilbits? And I just remember they're running from her, until she dumps this boiling water or something, melting a path for them to escape. She was so sad and lonely. That's all I remember from being six, but if I have it right, I -do- know what you're talking about. :)

I so remember that. I have the first 6 episodes on VHS. Unfortunately, I have only those six on VHS. As for the voice actor, I think the Snow Woman was voiced by Anik Matern, Jane Woods, or Liz McCrae.

The Littl' Bits was a Japanese Animated series which came out in Japan in 1980 under the title 'Mori no Yōki na Kobitotachi: Berufi to Rirubitto'. However, this series did not get shown in the west until the very early 90's. Saban entertainment dubbed the series in english. Though, this shown in quite a few foreign european countries with different Intro sequences. Although the english version was shown on Nick Jr in 1991-95, the english version was also shown on UK BBC1 in 1992/93.
