Absolutely fantastic!! What a truly rare talent. Obviously Chantel has a unique gift for music and the guitar. And she has mastered vibrato. The future has no limits for Chantel.
BTW, just watching the audience in this clip, they all seem eerily still and transfixed. Audiences often move and bop along to good rock songs.
I've gone back over the clip many times to see if I find any clues as to their immobility. Then it came to me. Is it just me or does anybody else get it?????
@jamcgar Another very strange thing is that when Chantel plays her occasional mid-gig accoustic set (they often play pubs/small clubs) it's often to a background of total silence...simply because she is so good. Saw them do this track this week in a small club - if you're impressed by this version all I can say is, if you ever get to see her live be prepared to walk out with a smile that hurts.
She's got a great voice and the bass player and drummer are up there with the best I've seen...
@robibm2003 Thank Joe Satriani for that. This is a cover of his song Up in the Sky. What a great cover too! This girl is really talented and so is the band!
