Wow! good job! It's hard being in school and trying to exercise too.I'm impressed that you found the time to do that. You don't look old enough to be in school to become a Pharmacist...you look 12!...lol you'll appreciate that as time goes on. :O)
Looks like you have a good start. Now it's time to join a gym and put on some mass. I would say start taking twice your body weight in protein, and somewhere around 8,000 calories a day. If you want mass throughout make sure you throw in squats, so many people who "go to the gym" don't do squats, and they are missing out on an exercise that will put solid mass on their entire body. After about a year of lifting hard and heavy add some "gear" (google it if you don't already know). Good Luck!
@mixongc1 yea... i'm doing compounding exercises like deadlifts and such... up tp 275lbs now, my goal is to double my body weight and do 320lbs... although i don't know what my max is right now cause I do heavier sets progressively and get to 275lb after about 20min of deadlift lol I used to do alot of squats in HS on football team, used to be able to do 225lbs regular sets (never maxed tho), but haven't done it since HS lol

@K1rilas i don't count calories, too much work lol I took the general idea of what scoob said and just ate alot healthier... to be honest, if you start eating healthy and work hard, your calorie intake really doesn't matter that much... and if you really do the p90X and give 100% you will find out that the workout will burn a ton of calories, so will become more cut no matter what

@xecut10n3r yep, too mch sodium is bad, I don't trust processed food, if u look at peanut butter lable, they are not that healthy, rotisserie chicken are delicious! but high in sodium and fat lol if your goal is just to lose weight, then yea what you eat is good, if you want to build more muscle, I would eat more chicken/veggies. but p90X is really hard to get "big", because u burn so many calories doing it, im starting to going to the gym now to lift heavy weights, i'll see what happens =D

@xecut10n3r Thanks Man! aw week 9 and stopped?! come on! =) with time, I would not recommend doing what I did! ha Pharmacy school is a tough program, we have at least 1 test every week, when i get home from class, i usually don't want to workout, so I study first, that usually lead me to no starting to workout till 2or 3am, I have class at 8:30am, so I usually only gets about 3hrs of sleep haha when I got used to yoga, I pulled an all nighter couple of times and did yoga at 7am then went to bed
@xecut10n3r lol sometimes I would not do it the day before a big test and make it up after. as for my diet, I used to eat a shit ton of food, lots of carbs, I finished a 2lb burger with a plate of fries once as a challenge yea lol got a tshirt tho =D I stopped all tht, and only eat a tiny bit of carb evry meal, breakfast, I buy frozen broccoli, bean, peas, etc and heat them up and mix in some chicken or turkey, and tiny bit of rice for food, even diet,
@xecut10n3r I stopped eating any sweets and stopped drinking pop, even diet. of course when I go out to the bars/clubs, I drink alittle...yea, basically, I just eat alot of veggies, cut down on carbs/salts/oil, no sweets, and eat meats! lol I also love almonds, but they are pretty expensive, so i dont buy em as often but they are good for u... I sometimes don't put any salts in my food, but if u find the right combination, the natural flavors can be very tasty once u r used to it =D

what's your thoughts on my diet i was doing...
oatmeal for breakfast, sometimes with peanut butter and/or nutella.
for small meals, i would eat apples or banans, or just fruit until i would get full.
for dinner, i would have rice with costco rotisserie chicken.
i think reducing sodium intake is huge..right?
whenever i get hungry, i would eat almonds with peanutbutter and/or various fruits till i got hungry
