Rehersals? YES, please. Give us more. You can see that even when Elvis was playful, his genius still shined through. Can you imagine anybody other than Elvis who memorized EVERY CHARACTER lines in his movies? You know Elvis' movements to music in this video was nothing vulgar directed at anybody, and he did not intend any such thing while on stage.

@ElvisPresleyDuets I love Elvis rehearsing. It shows his true sense of humour and his innate sense of music. There is one of him rehearsing Bridge Over Troubled Waters....he sure knew what it was supposed to sound like. Oh and....only the voice from when he first heard..Don't Be Cruel?

@trei3000 You got it. The man is seriously underrated, as strange as that may sound. He was so much more than just a singer. He was his own producer of his records throughout the biggest part of his serious career. He was an arranger. He was the conductor of his band and orchestra. He was the big attraction of his show and carried that load. 2 or 3 shows a day. 4 to 5 weeks in a row. Nobody could do all that but Elvis. It killed him in the end. Think August 1975. That is the turning point.

@trei3000 That's right. Although Felton Jarvis was usually allocated as 'producer', it was Elvis who called the shots, who decided what went where and he was really the producer.
