@jpsmart59 Well the one that I use isn't free, but if you are serious about filmaking, get Sony Vegas... it's only about 50 dollars, and it's the closes you cana get to pro without getting the expensive adoe one...

Hey, im JK and im searching help for a short film/movie i was planning to make for school. So yeah, the idea was pretty simple, just do few clips or pictures with my phone. (If you response, i will tell you the details).

Then, add some music, bit of editing (Camtasia?) and just watching how did it come out.

I can film and edit, very well, I could act out and just have the camera on the tripod, but I'm not that great, so I need some actors, but I don't wanna just use CraigsList, it might be a perve, and there isn't really people in my area that would take me so seriously. Anyone know what I should do? Just be a man and act it myself, and see if anyone would take me seriously? Well, I'll figure something out, I have a bit of a plan with a couple of mates, but it will take long to make a good story :(

@moviesunrated If you're scared of getting someone from craigslist....then man up. Have a casting call in a church basement or something, then you can see who you are casting and meet them BEFORE they know your address and whatnot, incase they are perves or something.
