.....witch hazel water, Glyceryl laurate, Chamomile flower aqueous extract, Hops extract (i think i may have read something bad about hops so i'll get back to you), Caprylic/capric triglyceride, Ascorbic acid, and organic lemongrass oil.

@xblackxsailsx Some of Tom's products are kool. Check the propylene glycol, i think it's a type of anti-freeze, and look up the info on sodium laurel sulfate. i know its an abrasive derived from coconut but more research needs to be done. All in all it's better than Crest and Speed Stick. It's good that your conscious of these things
@Koolvedge I looked them up. Toms assured me that they were safe, and only irritative in the concentrated form. Other sources make a big deal out of it being harmful in concentrated form.. In fact, i sometimes get irritation under my arms cuz of it...but like you said, it's better than speed stick! Maybe i'll just stop using it on days when i'm not trying to impress anyone, if you know what i mean..
try to find a toothpaste without fluoride and sodium laurel sulfate. There's a brand called, "Kiss My Face". They sell a lot of natural products. If not, "Tom's" toothpaste sells some types without fluoride. You'll have to search around probably. Baking soda mixed with hydrogen peroxide is another combination but the ratio is still debatable.
@ergonemic I also read in, "Hydrogen Peroxide: The Medical Miracle" to throw out the toothpaste and use a baking soda, hydrogen peroxide mixture. It's another great book, and I've taken the intra-venus treatment of it which is highly effective for a multitude of things. Just a thought...
This guy also wrote a book saying a diet of grassfed milk, liver, raw yellow butter, fish , shellfish products have the fat soluble vitamins for improving teeth health.
I think actually a raw vegetarian diet may be the best. Also there was a study showing that it's basically processed foods that cause decay, and also some people actually have a bacteria that prevents it. I'll check that book tho.

I use Dr. Mercola Narural Mint Toothpaste
Eco-Dent Daily Care Tooth Powder
Dr. Schulze's Oral Therapy Mouth Rinse
Dr. Tung's Smart Floss
I also recommend getting a separate tongue scraper (not your toothbrush)
If you use all of these, you won't believe how clean your mouth feels.

You said 36,000 cases of mouth cancer a year are caused by mouthwash.
But according to most sources, there are only 30,000 cases of mouth cancer a year, regardless of the cause.
Please explain?

I use Tom's of Maine natural antiplaque plus whitening gel toothpaste.
It contains: Sorbitol, water, hydrated silica, xylitol, spearmint & peppermint oils, sodium lauryl sulfate, xanthan gum.
It works great for me, and I also use tom's of maine deodorant. NOT antiperspirant.
It doesn't work as well as regular deodorant, but it's MUCH safer, and i don't mind sweating like HUMAN BEINGS ARE SUPPOSED TO!
Ingredients: Propylene glycol, water, Sodium stearate, Aloe vera leaf juice (organic)....

The exact explanation I understood from the book is he reccommends to get your fluoride from 4 cups of green tea a day naturally.
Also I live in australia. A popular herbal toothpaste here is called Herbal Fresh by Red Seal. Even it has that poisonous foaming agent in it.
The main ones he said was oxyfresh zinc mouthwash and BGSE toothpaste.
