I loved your video with the breathing technique..you right on the matter about the relaxation, it is the oxygen that you bring to your body to relax you..cool!!
@MandoMohan So you think he's saying "Ignore your problems and they'll go away." Or at least that's what I think he's saying. And you must be saying that it's not that simple. Or at least that's what I believe. Wanna troll this guy?
@MandoMohan He invited me as a friend too. And, while I see merit in some of the Eastern philosophy, I don't think that it's the whole story. I think most people don't.
@Shockwave474 What I'm saying is when you experience problems, it tends to help when you take a step back and smile. When you change your perspective, your problems/challenges/projects tend to be much easier to resolve.
@Shockwave474 This isn't a cure-all. It just makes life a little easier and a little more enjoyable. If you do it consistently, it can permanently change your perspective in a positive way. But even that isn't an automatic fix for all problems.
@Shockwave474 When you say 'talking it out', I'm assuming you're talking about a relationship issue... whether for work, friendship, or an intimate relationship. Taking a moment to smile or step into a place of joy can put the problem in the proper context... but it won't 'solve' the problem. Talking it out or some other method of conflict resolution will likely be necessary... a meditation technique like this (smiling or joyfulness) just makes it a little bit easier.
@peacefulprosperity Well, your video makes it sound as if taking a few deep breaths were the whole solution. And when I say talking it out I don't mean conflict resolving. I mean, expressing one's feelings.
@glory777battle Thank you, Joe. In my experience, lasting change comes about through consistent, day to day work, consistency, and devotion. Keep going. Keep smiling!

@Shockwave474 He invited me as a friend. I just hate this scummy pretentious eastern garbage. Ship it home.

@peacefulprosperity So you're not saying that it doesn't help to talk it out sometimes.

"cosmic swami got a message beaming in from outer space
theres a place on your face you can save the human race
its called a smile
the positivity will spread it takes a while
but the grin will turn an inch into a mile
and butterfly wings will be the style
all you got to do is just
make believe"

I'm going to add this as one of my weapons to battle stress. It really loosens my shoulders and brings knots in my back into my awareness.
