  • your not suppose to bench press its not good for how hard and fast you can throw, lessens it, sure u'll hit farther but ull throw 4 mph

    just do curls

    thats a good basic workout getting muscle and still being able to throw fast and hit hard

  • @Maper555 i agree, bench press just breaks down the deltoids. Makes you more prone to injurys
